Home Suites Boutique Hotel Freetown

Our group of 18 stayed here for 2 nights. We enjoyed a great stay, some in double and single rooms with elevator access. Other stayed in suites, two separate rooms and bathrooms with a central shared living room. All rooms were AC, good bed, soft pillows,in room safe. Amenities include soaps and shampoo, loofa sponge and more. Walk in shower with hot water. Slippers and some rooms had a bathrobe Some rooms overlooked bad of hotel and done overlooked the night traffick front of the hotel Security and service is great. Several people provided great security front desk service and I do not have all their names We enjoyed one dinner with choice appetizer, main, and dessert. Very good food best chocolate truffle I have ever had Breakfast buffet is ample with omelet to order. Specialty coffees, teas, fresh fruit pastries, various cooked vegetables, cereals, bacon, and juices. The most powerful ginger juice ever Excellent safe place to stay walkable to ATM and pharmacy VICTORIA provided great housekeeping

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful, marked by theft and dishonest behavior. • A brand-new travel mosquito net, purchased just two weeks before our stay and never used, was “thrown away” by the housekeeping staff under the pretext that it was in poor condition. Despite contacting the hotel promptly after leaving, we received no clear response. We had to return in person, where staff admitted to discarding it, all while being rude and confrontational. • At the restaurant, we were asked to pay under the table $20 for a simple plate of pineapple, with the excuse that it was “not on the menu.” This is an unacceptable and unethical practice. • Worst of all, the management showed complete dishonesty by asking us to send a message confirming that we had been refunded, promising to issue the refund afterward. Unsurprisingly, no refund was ever made. This hotel demonstrates appalling management, zero professionalism, and blatant disrespect for its guests. We strongly advise against staying here to avoid such a disappointing and shocking experience.

It has the best suite in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

I’d stay here again Great staff the cuisine was good. Had quite a few good meals. Room was a bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

Home away from Home Second time I stayed here, and even better than the 1st. Staff is so welcoming, they always run to assist wherever they can, rooms, lounges, dining area are very very neat and clean. Feels like home

Perfect stay for the Christmas period Friendly, very warm and welcoming staff. Came with a friend on his first visit to Sierra Leone and it was the perfect accommodation to help us get settled in the country very quickly. Would recommend
