(Note: this is a stock tank cowboy pool. It's not heated, it's like a mini-pool) - Note: there are 2 small steps going up from dining area to the kitchen. This property is NOT Pet friendly. - The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. Security Camera: One camera on the backside of the laundry/storage building looking at back yard behind it.
