Terrible experience. The hotel looks VERY nice from the outside, in fact you can see how nice it appears from route 95 south. However, it was a disaster upon entering. There is no lobby. The reception area is through a back door & check-in is at a window like a coat check-in.They did not have our room because the employee said we were not assigned a "room number". He saw our reservation on his computer with details of our room type, etc. We also showed him our phone with reservation & itinerary #s. Room choice matched his. Still said no "room number" assigned to us so best he said he could do was CANCEL our current reservation & give us a new & different type of room, which was going to cost more than our reservation made days ago. Never heard of such a thing. Not sure what kind of operation they are running there. *In all fairness, the employee, Rondell O. was very nice, assuming he was just following orders. Some of the guests also looked a little on the shady side.Was shown a room; very old looking inside, unlike the outside appearance. We did not stay there due to the circumstances. Finding another hotel on a Saturday night was not what we envisioned, as we book through ******* all the time & love their service. ******** was very helpful & accommodating when I spoke to them regarding the situation.

I recently completed an extended stay, and while my overall experience had its ups and downs, I wanted to specifically commend one front desk associate, Eric, for his exceptional service. During my stay, I encountered an issue with my account. Eric handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to help. He was knowledgeable, patiently listened to my concerns, and took the necessary steps to resolve the problem quickly and effectively. Thanks to Eric, what could have been a frustrating experience was handled smoothly.

Very Unclean. Check in took a very long time. I'm not sure why as I was the only one checking in. There was hair all over the bathroom. The toilet would not flush. The sheets were not all the way on the bed and the mattress was very dirty.

Woodspring Extended has become my home over the past few months, and I genuinely feel a sense of belonging here. The management has been incredibly responsive, addressing any concerns. I’ve had in a timely manner, which really demonstrates their dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of all residents. Ms. Melissa is an incredibly dedicated individual who consistently puts in a great deal of effort into her work. Not only does she strive to achieve her goals, but her strong work ethic is evident in everything she does. I’ve particularly grown fond of James, Eric, Rondell, and Kendall; They are the first faces you see when you enter the building, and their warm smiles instantly make you feel welcome. It’s always refreshing to interact with friendly and approachable people, and their support has greatly enhanced my living experience. Overall, Woodspring Extended is more than just a place to reside; it’s a vibrant community where I feel appreciated, supported and valued.
