Ottimo hotel dove stare molto pulito e facile da raggiungere. Circa 1.5 km c’è un buon ristorante dove mangiare.

酒店就在服務區，衞生環境是很好的，但是設施就是比較簡單了。高速的風景非常非常好。對於開車的商務出差十分的方便。

Très mal placé trop loin de tout les services la qualité de service laisse a désiré j’étais avec un bb de 5 mois je dois la traîner avec mes valises pour monter dans ma chambre aucune aide pire encore le taxi ne peut pas vous laisser devant l’hôtel Plus jamais 🤧🤧🤧🤧pire place pour une première expérience

Hotel molto comodo per soggiornare per chi deve arrivare con auto dell'autostrada. Hotel confortevole e pulito. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Struttura non qualificabile come albergo perchè è un semplice motel posto sull'autostrada. Per accedere alla struttura occorre entrare ed uscire dall'autostrada pagando Struttura priva di bar , hall e parti comuni inesistenti tali da renderlo qualificato come albergo. All.ingresso al posto del bar è presente un distributore bevande e caffè!! Colazione scarsa con brioches del giorno precedente. Assenza di frutta, uova, pancetta .torte da discount e acqua del rubinetto. Non c.è servizio neanche in sala colazione...stanza poco insonorizzata, parcheggio incustodito inadeguato e scomodissimo. Albergo assolutamente non consigliato

The hotel was clean and the staff did their best given what was available. Breakfast buffet was ok not with many options though. Getting around from the hotel was mainly by uber / / taxi which was very expensive. The nearest train station is about 30mins walk but unsafe to do this as you literally have to walk on the motorway with no pedestrian path, so still have to get a costly uber / taxi to get there. Locating the hotel entrance is also a little tricky cos theres one access ftom the motorway and another access from a back carpark - so you need to keep an eye on both if you dont want to miss your uber pick up. Unless you have a rental car to get further enough for dining - you're stuck with either ordering food via deliveroo or ensuring you're full from your daytrip be fore arriving back at the hotel cos theres no restaurant at the hotel.

We have stayed at this property many times in the past and always enjoy our stay. The train station is nearby and it is easy and convenient to take the train to Rome.

Posizione strategica, arrivando dall'autostrada non c'è neanche bisogno di uscire dal casello perché uno dei due ingressi si trova nell'immediata prossimità della stazione di servizio Frascati est. Struttura molto curata all'interno, arredamento moderno e buona pulizia. Appena entrati in camera siamo stati purtroppo pervasi da odore di fumo, qualcuno dei precedenti ospiti deve aver fumato al suo interno. Materasso e cuscini molto scomodi, troppo morbidi e per nulla strutturati. Bagno molto piccolo. Colazione a buffet con il minimo indispensabile, poca offerta per chi preferisce la colazione salata, torte industriali, croissant piacevoli ma crema industriale che ho tolto per via del sapore poco piacevole, non è presente una caffetteria, bisogna utilizzare una macchina del caffè automatica. Ottimo come spezza-viaggio, personale gentile.

Soggiornato una notte … per fortuna …! Pulizia lasciava a desiderare , cuscino troppo bassi , runner sul letto pieno di polvere ( a mio parere poco igienico ) mancava il sigillo sul wc e neanche una Cuffia X la doccia . Durante la notte abbiamo dovuto spegnere il condizionatore troppo rumoroso .

The property is conveniently located to the rail station Tor Vergara which travels to Rome Termini frequently throughout the day. The trip takes approximately 15mins and costs 1.50 euros. The hotel staff were less than helpful and not friendly except for the housekeeping staff. On the morning of our arrival the hotel messaged us directions as to how we could access their parking lot but since we were already on the road we didn’t see their message. Their main parking lot is accessed only via the Hwy but Goggle Maps doesn’t show you that unless you put in a different address in the search bar. Due to that we ended up parking in their employee lot which we were told is not supervised and unsafe. I asked why they hadn’t forwarded me their instructions the day prior to our arrival but no answer or explanation was given. Most frustrating experience and totally avoidable. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Frascati, quaint place with the funkiest restaurants & cafes. We ended up going there for dinner as our hotel doesn’t offer anything along those lines and staff weren’t too helpful in their recommendations.

Ho dovuto cambiare camera dopo essere stato svegliato bruscamente nel mezzo della notte da tutte le luci della camera che si accendonevano insieme ripetutamente, quindi ho dovuto rivestirmi per andare di persona alla reception perché il telefono in camera non funzionava e poi ho dovuto spostare tutto da solo al buio perché intanto le luci avevano smesso di funzionare, senza che il receptionist si sia mai mosso dalla sua posizione per porgere alcuna assistenza. Al mattino, neanche un caffé a mo' di scusa (non avevo la colazione inclusa), quindi sono dovuto comunque andare al vicino autogrill in una mattinata gelida. Il personale del mattino non si è informato se le cose fossero migliorate nella nuova stanza e, alla mia richiesta di uno sconto di fronte a tale disastro, mi è stato fondamentalmente detto che loro erano a posto perché mi avevano cambiato la stanza ed avevano fatto il loro dovere. Di fronte alle mie rimostranze ripetute via email, ho ricevuto l'offerta di un "piccolo sconto" su una prenotazione futura (che ovviamente ho rifiutato perché mai più alloggerò qui). Aggiungo che l'esperienza è stata particolarmente traumatica perché avevo un importante e doloroso esame medico al mattino preso al vicino Policlinico di Tor Vergata, e che ovviamente vi sono arrivato nel peggiore dei modi.

The Hotel is away from Rome city which means the transport is difficult and since taxis are very expensive staying at this place will cost you a lot if you don’t have a car. For 2km distance the taxi charged us 31EUR! They have no restaurant, no place like kitchen to eat except the Breakfast room which is only open 06:30 to 09:30. It means if you buy food as a take away and bring it to the hotel you need to eat it in your own room or go outside the hotel in front of the entrance. No single place or opportunity with microwave etc. When we arrived the shower holder was broken and the room’s telephone didn’t work, they haven’t checked them before giving us the room and sent a technician for fix while its not expected to disturb the guests and do the jobs after check in. The cleaning personal used to open and enter our room quickly and immediately before we let them in or approve their entry which is very impolite. Another negative thing is the navigation to the hotel reception. It’s very confusing where to find the reception and there is no signs on the location. The hotel logo is also something that makes anyone more confused by having a red triangle sign in front of the name and makes you/taxi driver think its pointing to the right direction, see the attached picture to understand what i mean. It could be a circle instead of a triangle to avoid this confusion!
