Avondrood Guest House by the Oyster Collection

Wir haben hier auf unserer Hochzeitsreise ein paar wundervolle Tage in Franschhoek verbracht. Das Guesthouse ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles super sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Am besten war allerdings die Gästebetreuung durch Karloff und sein Team! Wir wurden so nett willkommen geheißen und haben so viele gute Empfehlungen und Infos über Stadt und Land von ihnen erhalten, das war einfach toll. Dadurch hat man sich dort wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden Guesthouse bedingungslos an alle Paare weiterempfehlen!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The staff was phenomenal. So very welcoming and helpful with ideas for spending our time in Franschhoek. Our room was beautiful, large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location is in town within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the wine tram. Highly recommend Avondrood Guest House.

Fantastic location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Justin couldn't do enough for us and really made our stay comfortable. Bedroom was big and so was the bathroom. Shower was excellent bed really comfy. Would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Franchoek

Everything here is first class. You are made to feel welcome and at home. Comfortable rooms with authentic decor. One of the best places we have stayed at. Breakfast is amazing with huge variety and all good quality. Comfy huge bed. Shower and bath. Staff are superb. Location is great as it's within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the wine tram.

Franschhoek ist eine traumhaft gelegene Stadt inmitten von Bergen und Weingütern. Es gibt viele Shops, Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale aber ruhige Lage, ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es verfügt über einen gepflegten Garten und Pool, ein super Frühstück und besonders freundlichen und engagierten Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

We spent 2 nights here and wish it had been longer. From a practical point of view, the location is perfect just a short walk to the wine tram and excellent restaurants in a quiet and safe location. However, it is the quality of the rooms, staff and food that made it outstanding. Everybody we met was so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. The room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and was beautifully decorated and spacious. We really hope to return one day to this wonderful guesthouse.
