Nicest Hampton Inn and suites we have stayed at in in a very long time! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, quiet room, and nice breakfast. Wonderful area to walk around and explore other local businesses, restaurants, and coffee shops as well.

Great hotel, would stay there again, good breakfast. The gym was good, friendly staff and very clean hotel. It was centrally located and close to downtown shopping. The downtown area had some good resturaunts and bars, had some great food.

Arrived very early morning after flight delays and things were OK. Checked in and given a handicap room; recommended by front desk at that time to come down first thing the next morning to try and adjust. Went to front desk this morning; 2 ladies - both extremely callous and candidly flippant. Sorry - we are sold out, no changes at all. For a facility of this nature, at this cost - completely unacceptable customer service, disappointing approach to a Hilton Diamond member. ZERO consideration or even looking at a computer. I will NEVER stay here again and will definitely recommend others against it. Excellent location, front desk quite rude, unskilled and lack of customer service in anyway. Again - I am a Hilton Diamond member for the last 7 years and was not even recognized for my status upon check-in, etc. Totally horrible.

New area with lots of new developments. Berry Farms is a self contained area with residential, grocery, retail and restaurants galore, with plenty more under construction. The hotel is fairly new and modern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast area was as expected. Great place to stay that is close to it all.

Excellent location fabulous hotel great rooms,pool was awesome…. We loved the area took a walk through beautiful neighborhood…. Top place will come again… Everyone was great that worked at this hotel…. Extremely clean!!!

Wife and I stayed here on our anniversary trip. I had planned a trip to stay at this hotel back in 2020, but had to cancel due to COVID shutdowns. I was excited to get an opportunity to stay here, given the high rated reviews. This is probably the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Everything felt new and clean. The rooms were modern and well kept. The hotel itself was also nice and clean. The location of the hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the CoolSprings area, but still close enough to easily enjoy the things that area has to offer. Would definitely stay again here in the future.

We had two rooms, one king suite one two queen regular. Worth the extra money for the suite as the double queen is extremely small room! The king suite was nice and had a small couch, desk area, refrigerator, microwave and one cup coffee maker. Room 201 was the last room on second floor and was quite even though I heard the front desk tell the person in front they were totally booked. The pool area is very nice and has a gas grill for you to use. The only downfall to the pool is that it had a lot of flower petals from the trees and bugs. It really needed to be skimmed! Other than that it was super clean and had bathrooms close by. They also had a fire pit that was really nice separate from the pool area with great seating. hotel is close to really good restaurants highly recommend the pizza place across from the ice cream shop! The ice cream is made fresh daily and it was actually frozen custard. The had vanilla and chocolate as well as one specialty. You can have it in cup or several options of cones, also I think it was shakes.Also they had lots of toppings like candy and sprinkles. There was also a new BBQ place directly in front of the hotel and next to a twice daily shell station. The only downfall I could say was single ply toilet paper! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Everything top to bottom was outstanding, even breakfast:). Location was convenient to many local malls, restaurants, etc. If anything, they need to fix 2nd elevator, but that's a minor detail. I was able to sit down and read my book without hearing highways noise. Truly one of the top places we stayed in.
