Comfortable no frills Though no frills, this place is very comfortable. Breakfast is even provided. It was easy to find and had reliable internet which I need for work.

Great stay in Franklin, NE We had a wonderful stay! The room was super clean. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable beds. The owners are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay at the Drop Tyne Lodge again!

Great My room had a complete make-over recently. It was GREAT. There was even a leather couch in the room.

Franklin stay Room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. I will be staying here again. Big parking lot.

Comfy & cute place! This place is an amazing gem! My son and I stayed here on our way to Kansas from South Dakota. This is a very comfortable, cute, friendly place. The double queen room we got was huge! We will stop here again when we are in the are.

The hotel was clean and quiet. However, the small town closed up very early so there was no place to eat. In addition, they only served breakfast until 8:00 AM which was too early for us to eat since we were on vacation.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. We forgot some clothing on our trip and the guy at the front desk, I assumed the owner literally gave me the shirt off his back (let me borrow some clothes to wear for a wedding the next day). That's some real Nebraska hospitality right there!

We enjoyed our stay at the Down Tyne Lodge in Franklin, NE, we were in the area for some rest and relaxation and family bonding at the lake. The room was clean, cute and very spacious with comfy beds and pillows. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend give it try you will be surprised.
