Tom was communicative and willing to help anytime. He gave us local recommendations and was extremely kind! Location was great, very close to downtown and had everything we needed for a weekend in Franklin!

Felt like Home
The house accommodated everything we needed for our 4 day say. The Area is around alot of restaurants and town shops beautiful Antiques stores and more. The home was beautiful and well kept. The bed was so Comfy. The host is great at communication.

Poor
Water became an issue early on day 4, following a reported past issue last month. Clearly had not been repaired. Couldn’t shower or use to toilet or kitchen sink or dishwasher remainder of our stay over Christmas. How bothersome.
