This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The service was shockingly inefficient, and the staff's attitude was completely unprofessional. I tried contacting the hotel in advance to request early check-in, but no one ever responded to my messages or calls. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some valuable items in the cabinet under the TV. I immediately contacted the hotel multiple times, but again—no reply at all. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never stay here again.

剛好出差在法蘭克福，看酒店外觀定的，check-in需要自助，長住不建議毛巾都不會換，畢竟公寓，沒有人搞衞生。 個人覺得整體一般般

Room very clean and our room cleaner Milena very friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time staying here. This time, we booked the Suite L, and we like this layout and size. Also, only this category has a microwave.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Apartments. Check in und Check out ist sehr unkompliziert Gerne wieder.

일단 욕실에서 냄새가 났으며, 침대위억 있던 쿠션에는 누군가의 체액이 묻어 있었고, 식기류는 뒤죽박죽으로 놓여 있었습니다. 청소와 정리정돈에 관심을 가져야 할것 같습니다. 그리고 TV가 연결되지 않았습니다.저는 유튜브를 보았기 때문에 크게 불편한점은 아니었으나 현지분들은 불편하실것 같아요. 위치는 너무 좋았습니다. 노숙자의 우범지역을 피해 중앙역에 갈수 있고 시내까지도 충분히 도보권이라 좋았습니다. 청결상태가 좋아진다면 다시 방문할 의향은 있습니다.

Excelente opção! Apartamento ótimo! Boa quantidade de utensílios de cozinha, fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar louça. Chuveiro muito bom, cama confortável, smart tv, quarto espaçoso! Próximo da hauptbahnhof. Recomendo!

Super Lage, schnell vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Leider ist es sehr laut durch die anliegende Straße und anderen Bewohner im Gebäudekomplex. Das Zimmer könnte sauberer sein, schwarze Haare lagen auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.
