交通方便，房間乾淨

比較老舊了，展會期間飆升到2-3k，我們定的早的同事包早餐，check in的時候説沒有，訂的雙床安排了單床。我這個房間，由於行程變動，最後一天想取消被拒，可能正好12點了，也能理解當天可能賣不出這個房了，我説同意折價扣部分費用，攜程協調了三四天，最後還是拒絕，白白浪費2-3千～所以不得不來説下，沒有特意差評，但是房客不滿意！

在歐洲這麼大的房間很少，還是很棒的。展會附近，離市中心很近

房間乾淨，整潔空間大

訂了四件套房一間大床，但非常不滿意。這家酒店存在信用卡盜刷的情況，而且無線網也有漏洞，黑客會通過無線網黑進電腦。被盜刷100歐，不得不鎖卡重新辦卡。與酒店協商退還酒店不做任何回覆。如果沒有必要，千萬不要訂這家酒店。

房間面積還可以，在歐洲來説算比較大的了。設施比較陳舊了，德國基本也沒什麼新酒店。衞生還可以，打掃沒有換毛巾，後來聽同事説要放在浴缸裏才給換。早餐挺豐盛。

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

Very friendly staff during check in and check out. Made the stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Rezervasyon yaptığımda fotoğrafta çok iyi gözüküyordu, ama fotoğraftaki gibi değildi. Odamı ısıtamadım bir türlü, gece üşüdüm.
