However, some of the points you mention though are things we're consciously doing differently to other hotels, For instance the layout of our rooms and the way that they're furnished. This is all part of our Lean Luxury approach. By cutting out things that not all guests want, we're able to offer central locations, characterful design and top-notch comfort with a touch of luxury – all at a great price. We're delighted that you were able to take advantage of this great location during your stay. As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, we do some things differently to other hotels. For instance the layout of our rooms and the way that they're furnished. All of our rooms are carefully designed to make the best use of the space, and we put a lot of emphasis on the quality of the materials we use. In line with our philosophy, we offer a galley with free tea and hot water instead of a kettle in each room.However, we are sorry that you felt that our hosts were busy and only had time for you during the day.
