I had stayed here in the distant past and decided to do so again while in town to perform at a nearby park. I stayed just the one night. The hotel had undergone some nice upgrades from Hotel Impossible TV show and the waterfall in the lobby is breathtaking. The clerk was great as she showed my photos of how to enter the parking garage. There is a free breakfast in the mornings and it has a lot of food items. The only thing not 100% was that my room shows signs of wear and tear. It w good though and I would stay agian.

Found this place on Google. The hotel is 5 mins away from KSU. And walking distance to great eatery. Hotel was nice and clean in a really good location. Ms Alice and Ms Deanna are so sweet and welcoming made our stay very pleasant. Only suggestion I have is to update the rooms they need a little face lift modern look..lol. but I would definitely recommend and I will make this my frequent stay when I'm here. Book with them if needing quiet/clean place to stay.

We stopped overnight after a whiskey tour. We booked this hotel for location, free breakfast and pool. The pool was broke- no notice before checking in. Breakfast was fully stocked. Rooms were clean but no cable cord for the tv! There was no restaurant in the hotel and was not told till check in. So we had to walk blocks to find a place open. The parking was sketchy due to construction on parking garage- was not told till check in. They need to update the website of these changes prior to people booking.

I was on a solo road trip in April 2024 and spent a Sunday night in Frankfort on my way home. I like staying at hotels in downtown areas, and so I had booked a room at the Capital Plaza. Overall, I was fairly pleased. My check-in process went smoothly, and my room (#505) was clean and comfortable. No problems at all. In the morning, I was able to take advantage of the free breakfast and the hotel... and it was quite good! I was happy with that. This is an older property but it's kept up fairly well, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and nice... plus the location was great. The indoor pool unfortunately does not have a hot tub like I would have preferred, but more hotels are doing away with hot tubs in the pool areas so it wasn't a huge surprise. I'd stay here again if I find myself needing lodging again in Frankfort in the future!

Our wedding party, family and friends stayed Friday and Saturday night the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel ran a shuttle to The Foundry, the venue, for wedding guests and the wedding party throughout the night to accommodate everyone.

The pillows are so small and worn down its ridiculous. The bed mattress is like the size of a motel 6 mattress so small and uncomfortable. The parking u have to park across the street at a farmers market when people that have condos on top of hotel can park in lower garage. I ate the breakfast the first day and everything was so cold. Who wants to eat cold eggs??? They need to make some major improvements. This would have to be the worse hotel I have stayed at

We stayed here due to a convention we were attending. The price for the room was above average, however we did not have a microwave or refrigerator in our room. I had asked for a king room with a couch when I made the reservation but was told that it did not qualify for the discounted rate, however a couple we were traveling with did get that room. The breakfast is fantastic, but you have to walk al least 2 block to get lunch or dinner. We just drove to a local restaurant. The parking is terrible.

Bed had two wooden boards sticking out about 3 inches, hidden under the bed skirt. Not seeing the boards I hit both of my shins getting into the bed, causing bruises and scrapes. I reported this to the Front Desk clerk, who offered me a bandaid. Last stay at this Hotel.

The hotel staff was very kind and provided true southern hospitality. Our room was clean and complimentary breakfast was full of choices with an accommodating staff. I hope the investors that own this hotel recognize their employees and continue to update the hotel as it is a great location. Would we stay here again? Yes!
