Hilton Garden Inn Foxborough Patriot Place

Great location for Gillette Stadium, short walk away. Service is not as good. We asked to have the room made up and they agreed and then never made it up. They offer buffet breakfast for $18pp plus tax but all the tables are cluttered with dirty dishes and the food just about completely gone (not sure what the $18 covers). Not well managed at all. Hotel next door had a decent set up that at least you could use.

This could’ve been a lovely stay, but it was not. As a Hilton Honors member, I can select my room through the app a day before arrival. When we arrived on Friday, the room I had selected was not ready nor were any other rooms. So we waited we were offered a room on the second floor, which was fine but not the room that I had requested. Also missing were the extra towels and pillows as requested. I don’t understand why a room that was selected more than a day ahead of time couldn’t be ready upon our arrival. Maybe Hilton should discontinue that option. I will say that upon complaining we were given a free breakfast for the next morning. We were staying in the area due to a early-morning commitment on Saturday and when we got up on Saturday morning, there was no hot water. I was told there was no water in the entire building. We had to go to our event unshowered, which made for a pretty gross day. Upon complaining about this, I was told that I would be credited extra Hilton rewards points. I have yet to see that on my account but maybe someday. I will say that the hotel room is quite nice and the shower, once it was hot, had great water pressure! But no compensation for an entire day without hot water is totally unacceptable. Shout out to the lovely lady serving in the breakfast area. She was the sweetest thing. A high point in an otherwise low rated stay at this hotel.

Recently visited with my kids to celebrate their birthdays. The hotel itself was fine. However, upon leaving their parking lot I noticed I had scratches all up and down the passenger side of my car!!!! I called and was told they would review the tapes and a manger would call me. After a week of nothing I called again and was told by Ali they don’t have cameras and there is no manager available. Unbelievable. Don’t stay here if you value your vehicle because they certainly don’t care.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties across the portfolio. On a recent trip to the Boston area, I decided to try this property since it can be accessed by train from downtown Boston. As is custom, I did online check-in and room selection via the app the day before arrival, opting for Digital Key. It was received before I arrived onsite. All set, I bypassed the desk as Hilton advises. When I got to the elevator, the door closed and my Digital Keey would not activate the elevator. I tried again, but to no avail. Someone else who got on with a plastic key had better luck and I was on my way. The key did work to open my room door. I went down later and requested a plastic key, which worked in the elevator. The room was nice and cool on a sweltering day after a long walk from the Foxboro train station. It was well equipped and had comfortable bedding, and ample space. The "upgrade" I got for being a diamond member was a view of a stadium, which really didn't matter to me. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with no hot water issues. Temperature was easy to control, and WiFi and TV posed no problems. In the morning, one more key problem. I usually check out on the app, so I left the plastic key in the room when I departed. In the hallway I then tried the check-out function on the HIlton app, but it was not working. And now the Digital Key would not allow me to get back into the room the get the plastic key I had left inside. Instead, I did have to stop at the desk just to verbally check-out, but could not return the plastic key. All in all, it's a great place, smells relatively new, and seems welcoming. It's well located in an up and coming sports and retail area.

They gave my reservation to someone else. First they told me that my information did not match the reservation, after 2 hours of waiting they told me that they made a mistake and that they gave my room to someone else. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

I can't Write enough about the Rude, Rude , Rude employee at the Front Desk , Namely Sean. Was not the least bit helpfull or polite. Was really very Rude and snappy and put out by having to accommodate his Guest on the phone when I called to find out why I had a set ,confirmed price on a travel site and was grossly over charged. I will never stay at this Hotel again being a Foxborough native and local I'm disappointed they operate a Hotel like this in my childhood hometown. I will Go the the Marriott Rennaissance Hotel from now when I come Home right next door to this poor excuse for a hotel. Signed Very, very, very, Dissapointed!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at Foxborough Patriot Place for a couple of days earlier this month. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was great. The room was modern, clean, and quiet and I got a great night's sleep. I took advantage of the Diamond food and beverage credit and had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant both days. The food was great and the service was prompt. Everyone who worked at the hotel took excellent care of me and my friends. Kudos to Amy who is the General Manager for a well run hotel that makes you feel like family.

This is the second review I have needed to write. The hotel requested that the first one be removed. This review is regarding the hotel NOT TripAdvisor. I made a reservation using ******* and immediately after making the booking I realized I made a mistake. I canceled the booking within MINUTES. The hotel would not refund my cost. ******* told me that since the hotel was already paid, it is up to Amy the manager to refund my booking who denied it. I contacted the hotel directly but Amy will not return my call. I have had to start a dispute with my credit card company and file a report with the FTC. This hotel claims they started an “internal investigation” however no one has made any attempt to help me. This hotel, NOT TripAdvisor, feels that since they already have my money they can simply ignore me.

This Hotel confirmed our reservation for a stay for a family wedding. They then CANCELED our CONFIRMED RESERVATION because a concert was booked at the stadium. Beware they are unethical! Reservations don’t mean anything here! If they think they can make more money, your reservation will be canceled.
