Beautiful timber house "Mariabu", 80 m a.s.l.. 11 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, in a sunny, elevated position, 2.5 km from the lake. Bus stop "Eikerapen" 850 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Øre" 2.5 km. Fishing possibilities 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Eikerapen Gjestgård Canoe rental 1 km, Kristiansand airport 85 km, Kristiansand 85 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Storevatn 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Eikerapen 10 m. Hi. Basically a great holiday home with two terraces and a fantastic view. Furnishings are functional, only the lighting is poor. Only conditionally suitable for older people as it only has a very small bedroom where you can get in and out of bed without
