Ravenswood Pod

Beautiful house, beautiful location just outside Fort William. Our host was wonderful, very friendly and full of information. Our bedroom, overlooking the loch, was simply gorgeous. Highly recommend this fab b and b. It will spoil you for anything else!

What a lovely place to stay! The location is stunning, as was the beautiful view from our four-poster bedroom window. The hosts Lisa and Sandy, were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble to them to ensure that we were happy, and had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their knowledge of the area, and places to visit is admirable. The room was very tastefully furnished to a high standard, and sparkling clean (thanks to their friendly house-keeper Margaret). We had the best nights' sleeps on the comfortable mattress and pillows. Some lovely touches in the room included complimentary sweet goodies, and spring water with the ability to replenish tea/coffees etc. whenever required. The continental style breakfast offered a good selection of; cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs and fresh, tasty artisan bread. In addition, they provided yoghurts (kept cool on a cool plate), cereals, fresh fruit and hot /cold rinks/juices. All in all, our stay was perfect and we could not fault a single thing if I tried! We will definitely stay there again should we re-visit Fort William in the future.

Il soggiorno da Lisa è stato fantastico. La camera era spaziosa ed arredata con molto gusto, e lo stesso il bagno. Smart TV, frigo in camera con acqua e latte, bollitore con vari tè e macchinetta da caffè Nespresso. La vista dalla sala colazione (che poi diventa sala relax) sui lago è suggestiva; il binario del Jacobite Steam Train passa proprio sotto: un pomeriggio l'abbiamo visto mentre sorseggiavamo un whisky dell'honesty bar (con selezione di whisky e gin locali e altro). Che dire, quando tutto è così curato viene voglia di tornare!!
