房間標準，早餐還算豐盛吧，蘇格蘭經典的自助早餐，沒啥特別的。入住時候需要登記信用卡訊息，包括cvv，這點讓人覺得奇怪和不安全，不如改為直接收按金。

酒店在威廉堡中心的地方。訂的單人房，雖然小但五臟俱全，明亮、乾淨、整潔，暖氣也很足。酒店位置很好，周邊逛街、用餐都很方便。門口就是河，風景很贊，不冷的時候可以坐酒店露台發呆，英式早餐。

酒店在小城邊上很好找，很標準的酒店，設施齊全服務規範，包括早餐也一樣。房間乾淨整潔，衞生間寬敞。酒吧裏點的晚餐味道還不錯，西高地旅行住宿比較合適。

The hotel is beautiful and the location is pretty great. Although my room didnt had the lake view which was a shame. But beside that was all good. Good breakfeast as well.

Zimmer sehr sauber . Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig, kein Obst nur Dosenfrüchte . Nur Schinken kein Aufschnitt, nur eine Sorte Käse. Kaffee nicht genießbar, egal welchen . Alles sehr steril und lieblos. Die Lage ist in Ordnung Man ist schnell in der City

The hotel is good value for money Easy to find on the main road into Fort William The have onsite and off site parking My room was small but comfortable Unfortunately the view was poor as my room was at the back of the hotel Breakfast was buffet style They had DE coffee machine but coffee was weak Staff were friendly and helpful

Wonderful weekend spent at this hotel. Our room was standard double however, was comfortable, had, everything we required. We had all our meals at hotel. Food was good (Recommend home made Curry). What made our break was the staff that catered for us Rashik and Sultana stand out and are a credit to hotel friendly and always cheery mo matter how busy they were. Would certainly go back.

Whilst I'm reluctant too leave reviews on special places I find , I find I must review the Cruachan, in the hope they have vacancies next time I visit. Lovely staff and lovely place. Warm and inviting. Room 137 single (view of loch). Rooms decorated too a high standard and the bathrooms very modern and stylish. Independent heating in rooms which you can control. Bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The hotel is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The bar and dining room are both lovely. I didn't eat here, other than the inclusive breakfast, which by the way was very good. With a large choice of cereals, fruit, and a self serve full breakfast. Unfortunately no haggis . I doubt you will find anywhere better in Fort William. The hotel has obviously been updated and to an excellent standard. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

This hotel is quite delightful. My friend and I stayed for a weekend break and we were so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of cleanliness, furnishings and the service provided by Tamkeen and her team. We will have no hesitation in returning.

5 out of 5 great few days away for valentines day with my wife the drive up was breathtaking then when we arrived the view from the hotel just as good on the water front next to the snowy mountains the hotel is lovely very modern and 5 min walk into town centre
