Bad experience from beginning. I am being robbed of $100 deposit at this moment. Already filed with my credit card company and will bring it to small claims if necessary. Brand new hotel with terrible finishes. My bathtub wasn't even new. The bathtub faucet was tricked so you could only use a tiny amount of water, so it took forever to take showers. We wanted to stay on the 4th floor, and were met with lots of hostility, because it turns out the manager and his family lives there 24/7. Just imagine the movie "The Shining", but easterner version and leaving garbage behind in the breakfast room every day. The rooms are really small. There was no cleaning crew, the hotel was dirty, carpets unvacuumed. Customer service at the lobby was terrible, wouldn't even look you in the eye. No hi, no smile, no thank you, no nothing, absolutely worst customer service ever. If you are allergic to pets stay away, there were pets on every floor. I took pictures of my room because some weird stuff going on considering is a new hotel, and also took a video before leaving. Metadata info on those pictures and video can easily prove when they were taken and no damage of any kind occurred during our stay. We never damaged the room, not even garbage was left in the room. They will regret have taken my $100. $100 from hell. If you find reviews in different places, you'll be able to see this is a pattern. Brand new hotel, keeping people's deposits. This so called "brand new 3 star hotel" is not such thing. Stay away.
