Another great stay. See previous review. All is still good. They even have a fitness room which I do not remember from previous stays. Tea and coffee available in the evening. If you want fancier then go to an overpriced property. This checks all the boxes.

Front desk is always so helpful and housekeeping does an amazing job! Breakfast is perfect! I love this place so much! You really care about your guests and their comfort.

I booked this thru Priceline (big mistake). We get to our hotel around 12 p.m. and the desk agent says our room is ready and we can check in early, Great! We immediately take a short nap since we flew on the 5 am flight. Upon inspection of the room, we find long black hair on the comforter (we have short grey hair) I was like ok, maybe the maid has long black hair that transferred while making the bed, no big deal. Upon further inspection, there were black hairs on the shower curtain, Toenail clippings between the bed and table, a trash bag wrapped around the smoke detector (apparently the former guest was a smoker) and holes in the curtains. I informed the manager Liz was her name, and she said we could not get a refund or discount since we booked thru Priceline. She did offer to change our sheets, remove the bag from the smoke detector and vacuum the nail clippings. Kudos for her kindness. One the good side, breakfast was decent and the shower had hot water and good pressure.

Room had broken louvers on wall HVAC unit, handles broken off both closet doors, wobbly toilet (not just the seat), paint/coating peeling off wall around shower. Hall carpets needed vacuumed, ice machine out of order…on and on. Price was right, but there’s a reason for that. However, the front desk lady was friendly.

Staff is awesome. Daryl (sp?) went above and beyond. Thanks !! Housekeeping and breakfast staff very friendly. Room was spotless. Food was fresh and good variety. Staff works well together and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Good value. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel. Easy on/off highway.

You shouldn’t have to visit the front desk three times to get a working card key . The red light came on , but not the green light . If the front desk clerk escorted every guest to their room , I’ll bet the key card would work the first time . Ugh

I was really afraid to make a reservation here due to the previous reviews, but I wanted to use points, so I booked here for 2 nights, and our 3rd night I booked somewhere else. We were so pleasantly surprised the room was modern, clean, and nice. The bathroom looked new. Maybe they've remodeled recently? We liked it so well that we stayed on for our 3rd night and cancelled the other hotel. The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with many hot choices. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub wasn't working.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing is the doors that were being slammed. Didn't know if it was housekeeping or the other occupants

The property is not well maintained and the house keeping staff is rude.
