9 of us stayed for my son's Army graduation. This house was cozy and so close to the base. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has a loved one graduating from there. It was nice to have the soldier come back to a house instead of a hotel room.

House was clean and had plenty of room for five adults. We all had our own beds. Close to Fort Sill, Walmart and lots of restaurants. The garage was empty so we were able to park the rental car inside at night.

Perfect home for our family Ft. Sill visit! We absolutely loved this home and our stay here! We were visiting for my brother in laws Army graduation. It was the ideal location/drive from base. There was 7 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly. It was very clean, organized, and well furnished! We loved the living room/kitchen area, lots of seating & very nice. The property manager was very communicative & responsive. Having two bathrooms/showers was a bonus! Small suggestion- we would have loved mirrors in the bedrooms. 7 people getting ready with only 2 mirrors was difficult, especially if one of the bathrooms was occupied. Also, the grass in the front/back yards were tall and definitely needed to be cut- that was just an eyesore and didn’t necessarily affect our stay. If we have any members of our family go thru Army BCT in the future, we would love to stay at this house again!

Lots of space. Needs a good cleaning & repairs. Lots of space which was nice. Close to Fort Sill which is great for graduation. Close to Walmart for groceries. Beds are firm but comfortable. Good water pressure. Master bedroom is very hot even with AC running. We had to go buy a floor fan. House needs a good cleaning. Baseboards, blinds, window sills, door frames and so forth have not been cleaned in a long time. Carpets need cleaning. Sofas are comfy but on their last leg. Most bathroom drawers are broken. Shelf in refrigerator is broken so if you are staying for a while and grocery shopping that shelf is not usable.

Lawton stay One of the bedrooms is not a bedroom, it’s a room with beds and a curtain separating the kitchen to the room. The garage door was messed up the owner fixed it but I didn’t trust it. I could not control the ac. I could not connect to the nest for some reason.

Niece's wedding Plenty of room. Enough seating for visitors. Kitchen fully equipped. Centrally located. This is the second time we stayed here and were happy the home was available. Our host was great. She responded quickly and answered our questions. This is a great home for families.
