"Value vs benefit = dreadful. Can’t believe we paid 275€ for one night in this hotel - in the photos it does look very nice but the hotel rooms are tired and not well kept at all. The toilet flush keeps running non stop at fault and when you shower everything leaks. The “spa” is more like a kindergarten as even last 18;30 there are loads of kids screaming and running around - the staff despite being prompted didn’t do anything . The conditions of the pool and alleged “sauna and steam rooms” need an urgent clean up as there is lots of traces of mould - this pool was clearly done 40 years ago and not maintained at all. Instead of clearing also the snow from the balcony so people could see into the view, the hotel didn’t bother at all which just looked like a load of snow dumped"

"The hotel is beautiful and looks very good outdoors but inside... The food of the worst I've ever tasted in any hotel, the rooms of the simplest. The hotel doesn't deserve 4**** never. The treatment of the very sad client and the bad cleaning would never be returned."
