Ein wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Sauber, nachhaltig. Sehr gutes Essen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man schläft sehr gut darin. Der Spa Bereich ist einfach nur mega. Profis in allen Bereichen, egal welche Behandlung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch bei Regentagen kann man sich sehr gut erholen und alles genießen. Nette, unaufdringliche Animation. Es gab nichts, worüber man sich beklagen konnte. Wir haben uns trotz Regen und Gewitter sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter. Ihr seid ein klasse Team.

We had a great time—thank you! We usually stay at five-star hotels, and for good reason. But I must say, my experience at your hotel was not second to them. I absolutely loved the whitewashed walls, the clean rooms and public areas, and the high standard of service. One thing that stood out was your restaurant staff—they were exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and professional. Farn, Freddy, Olga, and Natalie truly made a difference in our stay. Freddy, in particular, always greeted us with a big smile and delivered outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Here’s a thought—try an experiment: swap the front desk staff with the restaurant staff and see what kind of feedback you get!

We had amazing hoilday first time coming to this hotel and was great staff was lovely definitely would recommend food was lovely always found something to eat only thing I would say is could of done more choice for breakfast but we have two children who won't try new things

We have just returned from our perfect week at the Mar Hotel in Port de Pollensa and we're already trying to book for a return as soon as we can! We booked a junior suite so that we could stay on the ground floor as balconies give me heart failure, with a 6 and 8yr old! After seeing the balconies here I might be less worried next time - they look very substantial although I loved our room and I loved being on the ground floor. We've never been abroad as a family and we had no preconceived ideas of what an all-inclusive holiday should be and so we were thrilled with our experience. All the staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful! They made our stay magical. Our children loved the Kids club entertainers, especially 'Paul'. We found everything to be spotlessly clean, with our room cleaned every day thanks to the smiling cleaning staff. You can see that everyone working here puts in their love and effort to make everything the best it can be. I particularly loved the food! I've been dieting lately and had half a mind to resist anything too fattening. It absolutely wasn't difficult here! Everything was so delicious, healthy and fresh! I had a plateful of rainbow colours at every meal and everything seemed very healthy but delicious at the same time. If you do only eat beige food, don't be worried, there are still lots of chicken nuggets and chips! We got our children to try head on prawns; octopus; clams; prunes and pink grapefruit. Lots of things they've never tried before! I think the hotel caters for sports teams so there's always lots of healthy options. The outdoor pool area was spotless in February and enticing. We're a family of very hardy fun-seekers and so the temperature of the outdoor pools in Feb didn't deter us from getting in there and loving every second. There's always the warm and inviting spa pool to warm up in afterwards. I was delighted to find that children were allowed in the jacuzzi and all the other spa facilities at certain amenable times. I had been worried that I'd not be able to enjoy these facilities but we all chilled out together. The children loved the cold blast pool! Be aware that the spa pool is almost 2m deep so non-swimmers need arm bands or looking after. The pool is deceptive and the steps into it don't give anything away. The attendant literally saved our 6yr old boy from drowning by pulling him out while neither of us (his mum or dad) had any idea that he'd be in trouble! Also you'll need a swim cap to use the facilities. You can buy these onsite for about €2.50 but if you can bring your own, even better. We were lucky with the weather in Feb - when the sun was out it felt very warm and even got up to 22°c but when the clouds came over it made getting in the cold pools that bit harder. We felt like royalty throughout our stay. Everything was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. Be polite and courteous to the staff because they all deserve it. We can't wait to return!

sejour parfait parfait, un très bel établissement et un excellent service

We have been to Playa Mar twice before - once in May and again in September. On this occasion we were there for a couple of days and we had another great experience. We visited with 4 children of different ages -2, 5 and 7 and everyone had a brilliant time. The entertainment team were great at giving this kids a good time and i was so surprised that they recognised us and remembered our names - they really are fantastic. Paul on the entertainment team has been there on all our visits and was excellent at making sure that all the kids got involved with the games - he is definitely my son’s favourite! This year the pools were again a great hit and we loved the new addition - the inflatable slide! We are looking forward to coming back again in 2025 - staff are great, pools are fun and the food is also very good.
