We were in Forest Grove for a football game. We’ve stayed at other Best Western hotels before. This one was no different. Great location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms & a great breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again & recommend it to friends & family!

Comfy bed, plenty of towels and excellent staff. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in easy and were able to accommodate our wishes! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend the Best Western University Inn & Suites in Forest Grove, Oregon!

Large and clean room but just basic amenities. Air conditioner was noisy and couldn’t regulate temperature. Hot water pressure in bathroom was irregular which required constant adjustment. Some of the vending machines were not refilled which meant limited options.

Best place to stay in Forest Grove--within walking distance of McMeniman's if attending a concert. Nice staff, very clean and new. 24 hour pool.

Everything but the sauna works. Breakfast was nice even decently early. Fairly quiet room, convenient location.

The title of the reveals it all. The "girl" at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. And Linda in the breakfast room was friendly and made us feel at home. Also, it was great that the hot tub and pool as well as the room were all spotless, with newer furniture. Nice place to stay.

Was charged a double hold on my credit card at check-in. I told the person checking me in that I was double charged while she was still checking me in. I even showed her on my Credit Card app. She told me it would fall off at check out. We checked out November 5th and I am still waiting for it to disappear. It is affecting my available credit. I called the CC company and they told me the hotel had to release the hold otherwise it will stay on for 30 Days. I called the hotel four times to speak with a manager, was told the general manager would call me back because “she was unavailable.” I emailed three times and have not received a response. Customer service is not existent from anyone above the standard employees. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times because our son is a student and athlete at Pacific University and this is one of the closer hotels. We are looking at other options, even if we have to drive farther. I am a diamond member for Best Western and it means nothing to this hotel.

Great staff (Kevin) front desk Great Management (Liz) Fun and Friendly Environment Clean Affordable Fun Amenities like cookies and soup Welcoming Staff that make you feel Like a VIP and will bend over backwards to make sure that you are 100% happy with your stay... Comfortable Beds and Great smelling comforters and sheets. Shout out to your laundry staff ..
