Résidence le Pic de l'Ours

Es una vergüenza que cobren por dormir aquí madre mía hacía años que no veía una cosa igual , todo sucio, imposible dormir de lo incómodo que es, entra aire por las ventanas hasta la puerta está rota la estufa da error (se quedan igual) ,es que no se que más se puede decir todo pero todo fatal, no lo recomiendo ha nadie nos fuimos antes nos preguntaron porque les dijimos la verdad y se quedaron igual supongo que ya están acostumbrados una vergüenza.

Bien placé mais par contre c est assez sale! Prenez vos produits d entretien, literie horrible, si vous avez mal au dos ne venez pas ici!tout est ancien, jusquau ustensiles de cuisine, ils laissent une poêle ou le revêtement antiadhésif est pas mal parti, c est cancérigène ça !les rideaux sont déchirés.

The apartment was big and right in the centre of the town so very easy to get to the gondolas to get up the mountain. We also had a nice Mountain View. But those are about the only good things I can say about it. The apartment was filthy. Bedding was clean but there was dust and grime on all the skirting boards and food and drink splashed up the walls in the kitchen near the dishwasher and bin. There was awful mould on the back wall of the cupboard under the sink where the cooking pans were kept, which seemed really unhygienic to me. The induction hob was cracked and chipped in two separate places and the inside of the oven was dirty with grease. Also the kitchen only had two power outlets, so if you wanted to use the coffee percolator and the toaster at the same time, you had to unplug the microwave. We had one toilet roll in the apartment. Nothing else. No dishwasher tablets, no tea towel, no washing up sponge. They expect you to bring all that yourself. I’ve stayed in some very basic self catering places before but have never stayed anywhere that doesn’t even give you a tea towel or something to wash up with. There was mould in both the bathrooms and one of the showers leaked when used, meaning all five of us had to use one shower. There was also a random broken plastic bit of pipe sticking out from the shower wall, which needed to be avoided each time you used it so you didn’t cut yourself. The sofa was stained and only seated three people despite it being an apartment that slept up to six. The only other places to sit in the communal area were the hard wooden chairs at the table. There was a cushioned footstool which was literally held together with black gaffa tape. So not great for hanging out and relaxing in the evening. Also, there is no WiFi in the apartment, only the main parts of the hotel, so I ended up spending a fortune on roaming data add-ons. I complained to the staff as soon as we arrived, but they seemed uninterested. They said they would send the cleaner again, who never turned up. I gave up mentioning anything in the end. We were out skiing most of the day but I really didn’t enjoy returning to the apartment in the evening and having to wash and sleep in the dirty conditions. I’ve no idea how this place has four stars. I’ve stayed in accommodation in developing countries that was of a higher standard than this.

Très jolie résidence en centre-ville. Notre studio était bien équipé et confortable mais hélas, mal entretenu, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie : Portes qui grincent, ampoules de frigo, de lampe et de terrasse grillées, robinet d'évier mal fixé, porte de terrasse mal isolée du froid extérieur, seul placard de rangement occupé par le cumulus et matériel de ménage, bruit constant de meubles traînés, aboiements répétitifs de chiens des résidents (nuisances sonores signalées en vain à l'accueil), poussières non faites depuis bien longtemps, piscine couverte mais non chauffée (10°+), jacuzzi en panne, pas d'état des lieux entrant. État des lieux sortant sur notre insistance pour restitution de la caution. (Caution sans état des lieux ! Ah bon ?....). Les espaces communs sont propres. Mise à disposition d'un parking sous-terrain privé. (Séjour de 8 jours avec mon fils).

La résidence est partagée entre des logements Lagrange Vacances et des logements Alliance de l'Ours. Nous étions dans un logement Alliance de l'Ours. Très belle résidence située au centre de Font Romeu, commerces à proximité. Nous étions au 1° étage avec une super vue montagne, appartement assez spacieux. Cuisine avec four (apprécié) et beaucoup de matériels. Bonne literie. Parking au sous sol (il faut être habile pour bien se garer). Piscine avec sauna et hammam. Nous recommandons.

Résidence bien placée mais de grands inconvénients car pas de wifi et réseau cellulaire très faible dans la région. Pas vraiment de terrasse mais plutôt des balcons pas adaptés; nous avions un appartement de 6 voire 8 personnes et le balcon avait 6 chaises mais impossible d’utiliser les 6 chaises par manque de place… Le sauna et le hammam sont très bien mais la piscine un peu fraîche. La télécabine devrait être changée cet hiver Parking sécurisé et casier à vélo à disposition.
