Have to remember it’s a Bed and breakfast, it’s an old building; Agustino, the host, is very attentive and helpful, his father is very sweet and setup breakfast every morning.
The rooms and building can totally use a renovation, but it is clean and just perfect for a quick stay to sleep and have breakfast.

It was interesting and charming experience. The place is family run in an old house with character rooms. The rooms were nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable with expensive good quality linens. We had nice view from our window. Father, mother and son were all nice and helpful if to provide tips and suggestions. We had three mornings with breakfast where all family serve itTeh father was especially nice offering something different every morning to try new, be it specific cheese from different region or cake. Parking is problem next to the house but there is free street parking 5 or 10 minutes away by walking and the owner pointed it out to us and we used it The place is a walking distance down the hill to teh city limits (Roman gate where is also an entrance to Boboli gardens (10 min) and another 5-10 minutes walking to Ponto vechio and Uffi gallery and centre. You can use buses from down town to come up the hill..

Værten bød os pænt velkommen. Han var så rar ! Værelset og hotellet sf ældre stand, men det fungerede godt. Rengøringen kunne gøres bedre.

Great Place to Stay when in Florence
We had a pleasant stay. Augostino was a great host, very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the Florence area. The breakfast was good: it consisted of croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, salamis, toast, yogurt, cereal, and eggs. During our stay, a water pipe broke somewhere in the neighborhood, leaving us with no water for 24h. Augostino handled it well with providing us with several water bottles, providing updates from the City of Florence, and waived the city tax for the inconvenience. The bed and breakfast is in a quiet residential place. We felt like locals while was nice! It’s about a 10-20 minute walk from the touristy stuff, which was good to walk off the gelato and pasta. Part of the walk is on a steep hill, so it may be challenging for people with mobility issues or for those who don’t want to walk uphill. I would recommend to stay here.

Un endroit calme dans un quartier résidentiel agréable. Agostino et ses parents sont de super hôtes qui pourrons etre de tres bon conseil et très agréable. Concernant le parking vous trouverez sans problème des place devant la Maison attention "ligne bleue" qui sont payantes mais pas cher j'ai payer environ 20€ du vendredi 12h au lundi 12h. Une fois la voiture déposée vous pourrez utiliser les bus dont les arrets sont très proches je vous conseille le numéro 37. La maison est charmante et les chambres également. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec des choix multiples et et des produits de régionales de qualités.

It was great to have a breakfast option and we were pleased with it. Owner was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions for us in the area. The bus was close by so convenient for us. We also got moved to a nicer room with a pretty view.

Do not trust this establishment. They steal from guests. Very unprofessional. Bad communication and deceptive. They do not answer questions when you reach out to them. Warning do not stay here or make a reservation. They are terrible hosts.

I booked at this B&B for two weekend nights (higher rates) and tried to switch for later dates (weekdays) and requested the owner to change the dates or give me a credit for future use, but he tried his best to take my money and even stopped picking up the phone. Seems like a dishonest place. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE, PLEASE.
