Good location and good staff

Receptionists are not helpful at all.

Отель с претензиями на некий уровень. Но кроме действительно хорошей локации, больше отметить и нечего. Больше всего поразило, что в гостинице а-ля 4* даже нет простой питьевой воды, а в мини баре пластиковая бутылка 0,5 самой простой воды стоит 3 евро! Ванные принадлежности не пополняли, только то что было при заселении. Кофе на завтрак дряной, омлет невкусный и холодный. В общем и целом конечно ничего криминального, но за такие деньги можно найти гостиницу поприятнее.

The location of the hotel is great. However, muddy water came out of the bathtub, shower and sink during the night while taking a bath. We had to fill and empty the bathtub several times. After waiting for an hour, the water was still muddy, so we went to the front desk to ask for help. A hotel staff member came to check the water. He was surprised to see the muddy water and told us to wait and that he would come back soon. However, we waited for more than an hour, but no one came. It was 11 o'clock, and there was no contact or confirmation, so we had no choice but to sleep. Then, in the middle of the night, we were bothered by mosquitoes. We killed three of them. It was the worst night. In the morning, we contacted the hotel about this, but there was no response. We left with a bad impression of our first time in Florence, but we felt uneasy about the customer service. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, so it's a disappointment.
