Staffs were helpful! Breakfast was decent but choices is limited. Room was okay just that the shower drainage for our room was poor and the hot water flow was inconsistent, hence, it was a bit of challenge to shower in cold weather.

피렌체 일정이 갑자기 길어져서 급하게 예약한 호텔인데 체크인 하면서 비용을 더 지불하고 룸 업그레이드를 했습니다. 업그레이드 전의 방은 너무 작은게 이유였고 업그레이드시 객실 비용을 할인 해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 업그레이드한 객실은 넓었으나 길가에 있는 호텔이라 소음이 어쩔 수 없이 있었고 직원들이 친절했습니다. 객실이 현지풍이라 특이했고 그 외 다른 사항들은 나쁘지 않았다 정도 입니다.

Hotel is located around 10 mins from the train station. The walk is more challenging, when pulling luggages on cobbled streets. Need to ask the porter’s help with the luggages, since the hotel reception is located on first floor, which is only accessible by stairs. Hotel room is very dimly lit and the toilet is quite poorly designed. Due to the lack of space, toilet door cannot be opened fully. Will not choose to stay here again.
