很差，入住要去街對面辦入住，然後給一串鑰匙走很遠自己先住的地方，整個找房間像密室逃脱，隔音極差，而且連水杯都沒有，衞生間佈置也極難用

Room was very small. Bathroom was smelling bad. Window latches were all broken

L’hotel si trova nel centro di Firenze, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Prima di accedere all’appartamento, è necessario ritirare la chiave presso l’Hotel Veneto, situato di fronte. L’appartamento è storico, i servizi sono ormai datati e la stanza, pur essendo piuttosto vecchia, è pulita. Tuttavia, c’è un po’ di rumore, quindi, per chi ha difficoltà a dormire a causa dei rumori, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta ideale. 酒店位于佛罗伦萨市中心，距离佛罗伦萨圣玛利亚诺维拉火车站步行约15分钟。在入住公寓之前，需要先在对面的Hotel Veneto领取钥匙。这是一间历史悠久的公寓，设施比较陈旧，但房间干净。不过，由于周围有一些噪音，如果有人对噪音比较敏感，可能不太适合选择这家酒店。

Hard to find the hotel, key needs to be collected to another place and then move to hotel.

The building smells like sewer, the smell climb through the pipe to the shower drain and the entire room was smelly all the time. They just take cash and said that post was broken. The first day, they did not turn on the hot water so I had to take a very cold shower, may be 8 degrees Celsius. It was an unpleasant experience.

The staff here was incredible- such a warm welcome and a warm goodbye. The room was pretty bare- it definitely didn't feel like a cozy stay, but we had sufficient bedding, towels and hot water. We spent one night, just to stop and see the Statue of David. I can't imagine spending more time in the room- it was quite bare and not set up for much lounging. But it was steps away from the museum, and steps away from the train. Perfect location, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and kind.

Awful! Spent 45 minutes looking for the hotel, a paser by told me that reception was in a diferent hotel. The pics are of a diferent place, room smeled terrible, no heating, the showeris so small could not use it.terrible,terrible hotel

El internet era malísimo! Se cortaba a cada rato y poca velocidad.

Posto in pessime condizioni, sporco, con arredi datati, senza riscaldamento, finestra con spifferi, assenza di bidet, cabina doccia rotta, asciugacapelli non funzionante. Puzza di fogna atroce, macchinetta a monete , esperienza da non ripetere. Unica cosa positiva l'ubicazione centralissima
