My husband and I loved this room! It was cute and stylish. When we first checked in, the staff was very welcoming. WIFI was great! The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the bidet and the shower. There was complimentary tea in the room. Breakfast is served from 8am-10 am. The older woman who helped serve was so hospitable, she made a great cappuccino! Even after check out, they were able to hold our luggage for a few hrs while we continued to explore the neighborhood. The Florence S.M train station was not too far (approx. 10 mins). You are expected to pay an additional fee for tax at checkout, which I believe was 24 euros. I would recommend this hotel!

Excellent location in Florence. Great staff and good breakfast in the courtyard.Good restaurants close by too. The picture in my review is from the trattoria down the street.

Easy check in. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Modern rooms- kettle and fridge- and toiletries provided. Maid service and clean towels daily. We had breakfast included during our stay which was very good- fruit, croissants, cereals... enough to choose from. The owner served us tea/ coffee at breakfast and was very pleasant and helpful. The outside garden was clean and nice to chill in. Would recommend and would stay again.

muy buena ubicación cerca al centro y a la estación central de trenes, buenas camas, buen desayuno, NO HAY AIRE (AC), ni funcionamiento de la tv. infraestructura pobre! la recepción es 24 horas y los dueños son amables.

A due passi dal centro si Firenze si trova questo accogliente albergo. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e le camere molto confortevoli e moderne. Nella mia prossima visita a Firenze, saprò già dove soggiornare. Ve lo consiglio, non vi pentirete.

LOCATION Not far from the train station (Firenze SMN), location is not bad but there are more hotels closer and more convenient. around 15 mins walk to the city center, quite quiet downstairs and sometimes have “strange people” hanging around, not recommend girls going out alone at night STAFF Friendly and helpful staff (including the lady during breakfast time), always greet incoming guests with a warm smile. ROOM & FACILITIES Spacious, clean and stylish room, should be renovated not long ago. With amenities like safety box, boiler, hairdryer and basic toiletries (I forgot but probably no toothbrush and paste) … There is a “well-functioned” lift, I have to specifically mention this because I traveled around Europe these months and found that a “well-functioned” lift is a bonus to most of the budget boutique hotels or Airbnb, the buildings in Europe are not high-rise but still a problem for travelers with heavy luggage. There is also a nice backyard for relaxing or smoking. FRIENDLY REMINDER Ask staff for the wifi login and password. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to login with social media (facebook, Instagram, email account…) I once forgot the pw that the staff gave me, so I clicked Google Mail for login, I thought the email was just to receive verification code or agree any terms & conditions, but then it asked me to input my password (of course I didn’t). Usually you are asked submit your email before using free wifi, but it is very insecure to use your personal accounts WITH password in any occasion, you would never know how they linked and got your information & data. Maybe I exaggerated this free wifi but it’s always wise to protect yourself ;)

We stayed at hotel boston for 6 nights during our stay in Florence. What a fabulous little hotel. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by all the people who work there. Very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit and to eat. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely with plenty of room and high ceilings. The bathroom was large with a brilliant rainfall shower. Cleaned every day and clean towels each day. There is a lovely courtyard garden off the breakfast room where you can sit out and relax. Breakfast was great with hot and cold buffet options and the coffee was lovely served by a very pleasant lady who also kept the buffet well topped up. The hotel is situated in a brilliant location near to all the places of interest and very easy to find from the train station. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florence and would recommend to anyone.

Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Street outside was a bit loud at night, and may be a problem for light sleepers. Would absolutely stay here again.
