Great location.

Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

While it was upsetting that upon arrival they could not give us a room due to plumbing issues, I appreciate that they had a solution for us by giving us a room at a comparable hotel and covering all the paperwork and expenses. They also helped us get our luggage there. Overall, I think this is a classy establishment based on what I saw in the lobby, and I appreciate the customer service.

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner copieux. Bonne literie confortable

Great location. But rooms are very cramped. Also the heat can’t be controlled to your personal level. So it is cold when you want the room warm etc.

La camera prenotata aveva dei problemi e ci è stato proposto un alloggio di altra struttura che mi ha deluso poiché di certo non dello stesso livello per cui sconsiglio la struttura per la cattiva gestione dei problematiche che si possono presentare!

Só vale a localização. Excelente localização, estacionamento caríssimo, difícil acesso com carro ao hotel, acessibilidade precária,não há elevador tem que subir de escadas três andares.

Highly recommend! Great value for the money! This hotel is super cute and full of italian charm. What this hotel does not have in «high end» standard, it compensates with being autentic and friendly. Loved the back yard pool area, a big bonus with the heatwave in town. Breakfast i simple, but have a great barista. The location is perfect and in heart of the old town, close to everything. We did experience an misunderstanding, but the staff was extremely service minded and solution oriented, so it ended up being no problem at all!

Familie aus der Schweiz Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und macht einen sauberen und freundlichen Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Trakt welcher zur Zeit teilweise renoviert wird. Das Bad wurde nachträglich ins Zimmer eingebaut und extrem klein für grosse Leute; daher unbequem. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool sieht auf den Bilder besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Unter diesen Prämissen kann das Hotel empfohlen werden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, ricavato in un antico palazzo fiorentino, per un weekend “lungo”. Il personale è professionale, gentile, amichevole e premuroso in tutto. Basti pensare che hanno predisposto una cuccia e le ciotole per acqua e crocche per la nostra cagnolina. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, camera confortevole e bagno ampio ( abbiamo prenotato la deluxe). Consiglio vivamente.
