c-hotels Diplomat

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is relatively new, modern and has good air conditioning system which is important for summer. Moreover, there are good restaurants in the vicinity. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety to offer.

Room is spacious and clean, super strategic location which is very near to SMN train station and also very accessible to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast varieties are quite a lot.

The hotel is beautiful stylish perfectly clean and modern. The location is right in front of the train station. Service was so polite friendly and nice. Could not ask for anything better.

Very convenient location right next to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and packed a breakfast to go for us when we had to leave the hotel very early one morning for a tour.

Staying at c-hotels Diplomat in Florence was an absolute delight! Located right across from Santa Maria Novella train station, the position couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the city or catching day trips. Our room was modern, comfortable, immaculate, and equipped with a cozy tea and coffee setup. The highlight was starting each morning with a fantastic buffet breakfast served in the glass-covered courtyard. 1 The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering a lovely drink at the bar upon arrival. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence for top-notch service and unbeatable convenience!

The location is good! Near the SMN railway station which means you can go anywhere. But it will be a little bit noisy, for me isn’t a big deal. Staff are friendly.

I really didn’t have an issue with the hotel itself.  It was decent and worked for the price and the access to the train station.  The issue I had was really with Florence.  The city has a ton of sketchy foreigners hanging out in huge groups on street corners, especially all around the hotel.  They eyeball you and some of them try to surround you in small groups.  Does not feel safe to walk around the hotel during the night and most of the day.

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities are great, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Also very close to the station.

The room was stylish, quiet even though there is a tram station in front of the hotel, and the shower room was quite big. Strongly recommended!
