Just increasing the temperature it will not start again until temperature is reached, or just informing the reception staff (on duty 24/7) we would have been more then happy to help you solving this matter. Since 1964 the Rivoli Boutique Hotel is glad to host guests as in a private house, and as far as I remember we never asked a guest to leave. Probably you are referring to the third person not preview with your reservation (reservation was for a double room). Fortunately you were assigned a large family room, with space and beds enough for 4 persons and we just checked with you before preparing the third bed and put the extra towels. At night our concierge has been informed that the third person was leaving and we proceeded at the check-out in order not to let you pay for the extra city tax. All this has been explained when you arrived and the other two already checked-in, but probably it has been misunderstood. The location of the Hotel is in the Historical center since the XIV century.
