Wort for 22€ per night. Good location. The hostel is opposite of the train station, very easy to get to the center. Other option is the buses, the bus stop only 8-10 mins by walk. There also have restaurants ,grocery store, gelato shop , nail salon nearby.

I stayed in a lot of hostels around the world but this one is probably one of the best! I booked in a 6 Mixed Bed with Sharing WC. They had everything. I had an amazing stay and it’s near the train and bus stations going to the center. I was surprised when I explore the whole area, the kitchen is organized by using separate paper bags labeled with the food. There’s laundry, lockers, and the room cleaning is always on time. The AC is fixed because of the summer which is understandable. Overall, if stay in Florence I will comeback and book here again! Great job.

When I arrived before checking in, the lockers in luggage room was full and I was told to put my luggage outside the locker. The self checkin kiosk never worked. I had to go to reception at the end. The room was dusty and the bed was small even for woman. While taking shower, the shower head was not stable and kept falling towards me, which was dangerous. The location is close to station, but for sightseeing you need to take a bus, however it never came in time.

The hotel is conveniently located - 15 to 20 minute walk to both Firenze SMN Train station and also the old town of Florence. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. There is also a spacious waiting room for both waiting and luggage storage. The room is very clean and modern and amenities such as complimentary water and a modern TV are provided. Two minor complaints are that my bathroom doorknob was dislodged somehow and also that my bed was lined in the middle so i could only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but not ideal for solo travellers. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel as it is afforable, convenient, and also clean, and has friendly staff.

Check-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral.

Cleanliness: Bed linen provided are average, bed sheet have small holes on it. Location: Right next to the nearest train station, very convenient if you take trains. Service: Self-service check in, but staff are friendly and keen to help. Ammenities: Each bedspace has a USB Type A and Type C power outlet but they SUCK. Power outlets are very limited and are located in inconvenient positions. The lockers are typical a&o ones, noisy and poorly designed, as you need to pull out the entire drawer before opening it, with wide gaps. Also, don't open the windows or you'll be disturbed by mosquitoes all night.

I traveled as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately, only one out of three nights was peaceful. I want to warn others about several management and safety issues I encountered here. On Trip.com, only mixed dorms were available.The platform lists two types of 6-bed dorms: one explicitly labeled 'Mixed Gender' (which I booked) and another generic '6-Bed Dormitory Room' without any gender indication. Since there was no 'Female-only' option, I assumed these were essentially the same thing. I ended up alone in a room with three men, which felt quite unsafe and intimidating. My sleep was constantly interrupted by loud neighbors and the person in the bunk below me shaking the bed all night When I requested a move to a female dorm or a more balanced mixed room the next morning, the staff was unhelpful. They claimed they couldn't move me because I hadn't booked through their website, even though female beds were available!! They initially demanded I pay the full price again for the next two nights. After contacting Trip.com support, the hostel still refused to cooperate. Eventually, a more reasonable receptionist helped resolve the issue peacefully. On my last night, a large group of school students arrived. They were incredibly loud, and it took over an hour after "quiet hours" began for teachers and staff to finally calm them down. Be aware of this. Cleanliness: Rooms are relatively clean. Self-Service: You must make your own bed, which is very difficult if you are assigned a top bunk. Extra Costs: Towels are not included and cost 1.9€. Payment: They are strictly card-only. Pros: There is free hot water at reception, a luggage room, and the location is conveniently close to the Campo di Marte station. If you are a solo female traveler, be aware that management might prioritize profit over your safety and comfort :)

Hotel is right near the train station. Very accessible. Front staff are kind and helpful. Private rooms are clean. The elevator is somewhat small, so not many people can fit inside at a time. Waiting is sometimes necessary. There is also lots of traffic in hall and the hotel pipes were making a weird whistling sound I’m guessing when someone was showering or bathroom sink. Otherwise it was a decent stay.
