I was really amazed by the beautiful new hotel . 5 minutes walking to central commercial area, very cute an chic designing details and extremely friendly staff, hope they could keep this high standard ! Definitely will visit again .

A Great experience in the courtyard last night for dinner at Alassio, that's the name of the Amazing Italian Concept restaurant, where Fishes and Meats are treated with great respect and Tradition with a touch of innovation. The head Waitress was incredibly professional and full of knowledge, Niky was her name, for every minimum detail she would come to the table to serve us and give us the right attention ... The Experience itself was very touching , and the best part at the end was the Tiramisù served in front of us from the main Plate. Definitely will be back soon. Also Antonio from the bar made great Martini and the Cappers Martini was sublime, definitely be back for a proper Aperitivo, meantime this Barman left us a beautiful memory and knowledge about Amari and Digestives from the Area and Traditional one . A great blessing to the floor manager and Pasquale that made our experience outstanding. Great location and incredible the Enoteca Violetta with great cocktail choice and Beers.

Amazing Hotel, 12 mints walking to Duomo and center!! Fabulous property, with amazing service, food and People !! Rooms are gorgeous, with a lot of amenities, the bed, pillows and duvet were really good !! Food was tasty, drinks well made !! Properly is really beautiful !

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - every detail is aesthetically pleasing, but it’s not just about looks. The design clearly has guest comfort in mind. The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The courtyard is such a peaceful spot to relax, and the restaurant and bar area are both stylish and welcoming — perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The staff are all wonderful - every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. This place strikes the perfect balance between beauty and comfort - I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Ho pensato subito: "Che bello stare qui!" Ambiente giovane, libero. Accoglienza amichevole e professionale. Stanza confortevole, soft, con tutti i confort immaginabili, e la possibilità di andare oltre. Riposo assoluto: materasso ultracomodo, silenzio assoluto, dotazioni eccellenti, condizionamento in pieno controllo. La colazione è alla carte. Posizione eccellente, non a due passi dal centro: è al centro di Firenze. Se non si ha voglia di uscire per incontrare nuove persone le nuove persone si incontrano nell'Enoteca Violetta... Io lì per lavoro, ma ho invidiato chi lì per vacanza : la vacanza è arrivata da loro
