Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hello dear,we apologise for our late public reply, but as you know we chose to clarify first with you personally, and to give all due investigations the time they need to be correct.First of all we are really sorry for all your problems with bed bugs, it must have been scary and we want to assure you that we run really deep investigations as this matter is really serious to us. We inform you and all our guests that our mattresses are certified as bed bugs free and we have a guarantee of 20 years for this. The bed linen come sealed with a QR code as well as the duvet which are sealed individually with a QR code to trace them and, most importantly, to favor sampling in case of any problem.So after your complain we immediately proceeded with 3 step verification.We checked for any trace of bed bugs in your bedroom (linen, duvet, mattress, bed structure, furniture and equipment), nothing reported.Sampling on your linen (pillow, pillowcase, linen, duvet and towels) which came back negative.And third most important we called a certified pest control company to do a deep inspection of our premiseses which certified the total absence of any form of bug. The results came back after some days.We sent you photos of the certificates we mentioned above in private, we can't attach them here. (matresses, linen, inspection on the premises).We are deeply sorry if you have been suffering of any bugs bites but this is definitely not related to ‘RE- Dama.
