Garden Blue

Quite nice hotel, with small but nutritional breakfast, great

It is a budget hotel. Cheap in price (including a breakfast). The room was newly renovated except for the air conditioning unit (even it is turned off, you can hear a “boiling” noise). Nonetheless, I was able to sleep well. Hoping to be back next time!

I had fun in this hotel.  Very convenient service by the staff.  Facilities were simple and working.  willing to assist you at all times.

Air conditioning is not working for part of the hotel rooms. It’s like 40-45 degrees in the room. We really cannot sleep for two nights.

Helpful and friendly staff, the cleaner is very friendly too. Nice stay just the shower room abit small.

Small « backpacker » hotel located in the heart of the city Walking distance to all touristic places Friendly staff

Clean and cozy hostel, everything you need, convenient location, I recommend it)

Noise buffering is very poor. I could hear kids screaming at 1am. Breakfast lacks variety, and location is far from center. But at this price I’d still recommend if you just stay for 1-2 nights.

Despite being a 3-star hotel, it's one of the rare hotels where you can receive 5-star service, breakfast, and attention. We extend our sincere thanks to the young lady at the reception desk who addressed and resolved our issues from the moment we arrived; to Antonio and Maddelena, who worked tirelessly in the dining room, keeping the breakfast variety fresh and vibrant, turning it into a feast that satisfied our eyes, hearts, and stomachs; and to the cleaning staff who meticulously took care of our room and addressed any deficiencies. They made us feel more like we were at home than in a hotel. The hotel's proximity to the city center and tram station also makes accessing everything very easy. You can reach the hotel from the train station by tram in 5 stops, and you can also walk to the nice restaurants and sights in the city center. We definitely recommend it to families and groups of friends visiting Florence.
