Luxury ? No phone, hard bed, Staff comes and goes and leaves at 5p.m till next day. It is just a place to stay, no more than that. You get a plastic key card to enter your room. That is normal but if you lose it ,you will be locked out of your room if after 5 p.m.

situato nel centro del centro ad un passo dal Duomo e dalla splendida Torre di Giotto. location molto pulita e confortevole con possibilità di parcheggio in zona ZTL nelle vicinanze. personale professionale , cordiale ed efficiente. siamo stati molto bene e ritorneremo sicuramente

Struttura in pieno centro a Firenze. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Camere enormi e pulite. La nostra in particolare ci ha deliziato con la vista della cupola del Brunelleschi. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare a Fatima che con il suo sorriso ci ha accolto ed accompagnato per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente consigliato. Alla prossima!

Location centralissima a 100 mt dal duomo, struttura pulitissima, arredata con gusto ed eleganza, personale fantastico, gentilissimo e disponibile. Bella l'idea della doppia doccia condivisa. L'ascensore parte dal piano primo e non dal piano terra.

Loved the location of this excellent little boutique hotel. Ideally placed for easy access to all the historic sights with lots of shops and restaurants around. Lovely decor, very clean and exceptionally helpful staff - Thankyou to Fatima, Theresa and the lovely cleaning lady. Would highly recommend .

This place is not a real hotel. It is completely filthy and it STINKS. The hallway reeks of sewage. And it is clear they are trying to cover up the sewage smell in the room with some type of vinegar substance, but the rooms smell so strongly of vinegar that it gave me an extreme headache and I was unable to sleep. Regrettably, we were exactly who this “hotel” prays upon—the unwitting travelers who impulsively book a stay after looking at the pictures and not the reviews. Then, after we booked and realized the horrendous reviews, we asked—months in advance—if we could cut our 3-night stay short by one night for a refund of that one night. They denied us. When we arrived, the smell was overwhelming. It hits you in the face like a truck the moment the “hotel” door opens. There is no elevator on the floor that the street is located on. Instead, we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to a very dangerous elevator—all the while trying not to gag from the putrid smell. And if you thought your smell was the only one of your senses that this “hotel” does not care about, you’re wrong. The hallway is also in complete darkness, so try not to fall off the ledge next to the elevator! We immediately decided to cut our stay short even though we already paid. It is clear the reception is only there a few hours a day because it would be unhealthy for anyone to stay in that lobby for a long period of time. Theresa is very nice, and frankly, she should get a better job at a different hotel. This place is absolutely disgusting. The health and welfare of all of its customers and staff are in danger by staying here. We have traveled to many hotels and b&bs in Florence, Italy, and greater Europe and while it is typical that every now and then you have a sewage smell- this is extreme.
