"During my stay in Flachau, I stopped by Dips & Drops a few times for coffee, a couple of times for lunch and on my last night in Flachau, drinks before bidding the place goodbye. What left a very strong and good impression on me was the people. During the day, I got to know Vedran and Julio, both were so friendly and helpful I found myself returning to the same place almost every other day. On the last day, I got to know Marie who recommended all my drinks that night - they were excellent recommendations. Vedran, Julio and Marie are such lovely folks I feel they really made a difference to the place. Would definitely drop by again the next time I visit Austria!"

"Vietimme helmikuussa ihanan sukellusviikon Crystls Aparthotelissa – ja voimme todella suositella tätä hotellia sydämellisesti, erityisesti perheille! Jo saapuessamme olemme saaneet sydämellisesti – perheen ilmapiiri Crystals on innoissamme heti. Kaikki vaikuttaa henkilökohtaisesti, lämmin ja rento – ei ole tyypillinen "hotellin tunne", vaan pikemminkin kuin rakkain johdettu kotona ajan mittaan. Sijainti on yksinkertaisesti voittamaton: vain muutaman askeleen Gondelin laaksoon, joka lasten kanssa todella on kultaa arvoista. Aamulla puhtaasti hiihtokenkiin ja suoraan radalle – ei stressiä, ei pakko. Lisäksi hiihtolaina ja hiihtokoulu keräilypaikka olivat aivan nurkan ympärillä, mikä oli meille kuin perheelle superkäytännöllinen. Asuntomme oli hyvin puhdas, viihtyikäs ja varustettu kaikessa, mitä tarvitsimme. Erityisesti tykkäsimme nykyaikaisesta, mutta viihtyikäs ympäristö – yksinkertaisesti miellyttää. Kun lomakausi olimme, hotelli oli hyvin täynnä ja monet perheet olivat Täällä vieras. Vaikka niin paljon oli tapahtunut, yö oli rauhallinen ja ei kuultu naapureita, kuten se on kirjoitettu joitakin arvosteluja. Todellinen korostaminen oli aamiainen! Monilla alueellisilla tuotteilla – ja myös lapsillemme oli aina tarpeeksi valinnanvaraa, jotka ovat enemmän herkällä sivulla :-). Mitä lapsemme ovat todella rakastaneet: että meillä oli mahdollisuus käyttää kumppanihotellin uima-altaita! Kun hiihtoa jälleen lämmintä vettä – meille rento, lapsille puhtaampi hauskaa. Se oli todellinen bonus! Kaikki yhteensä Cristls oli täydellinen sekoitus mukavuudesta, sydämellisyydestä ja huipputilasta. Joka etsii rentouttavaa hiihtolomaa Flachau, jossa iso ja pieni tuntuu hyvältä, on täällä aivan oikein. Tulemme varmasti takaisin – kiitos upea Crystals-tiimi tämän kauniin aikaan!"

"We have stayed one night in the hotel on our way to Croatia. What a great choice. Nice, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, quiet location and very good breakfast choices. Not to mention the very helpful and extremely friendly ladies at the reception. We received a great tip to skip queues on the highway pay points from the lady who checked us in. The next day, 4 hours after we departed, we realised our iPad was forgotten in the room. We called and the lady told us it was found and waiting for us on the reception. She wished us a nice holiday. We picked it up 2 weeks later when we were returning from holiday, the lady again was super friendly. "

"The penthouse is noisy, above the restaurant, and there's constant banging. The beds and duvets are filthy, the furniture is downright dirty, and the kitchen is also filthy and old! The bathroom is all-in-one, so no two bathrooms for 10+ people, so you have to make arrangements about who gets to shower when. There's no separate toilet, so it's also in the bathroom. The location relative to the slopes is excellent! The restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly!"
