"A lovely place to stay. The hotel buildings are attractive and of a traditional style. Everything is beautifully kept and the hotel is warm and cosy. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and will do everything to help. It is perfect for families. Great facilities, my wife and daughter enjoyed the wellness area and both had massages, which were excellent. We booked full board which we would recommend; food is plentiful, delicious and the service is excellent. Although, take one evening to visit the fondue restaurant next door. The ski lifts are a very short walk away and there is plenty of equipment hire and Apres Ski at the bottom of the slopes. It’s an easy drive from Salzburg or Munich and has an extensive ski area that will keep you busy for the whole length of your stay. We love it 😊."

From the warm welcome and throughout our entire stay, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff and the accommodation. We especially appreciate how easy everything is made for families thanks to the many child-friendly facilities: kids’ club, pick-up service to and from the slopes, special dining arrangements, access to playrooms, and much more. "It's sad that we felt ripped off like this. Upon arrival, we were politely asked to pay an additional cleaning fee for the room. They wouldn't give us the key otherwise. Even though the booking form clearly stated that this was the final price, we felt cheated and ripped off by the hotel. When we asked for an invoice for the extra charge, we received a slip of paper that was neither signed nor stamped, nor properly issued. It's simply appalling to rip off travelers like this!"

"I think it’s the worst 4* hotel that I’ve been to. I have a kid of 2.5 yo and the food is literally disgusting. Zero heathy food, plus the hours that they are serving them are ridiculous. I am also pregnant, this no food for pregnant women. The internet is not working, is disconnecting every single 2/3 min. Nice pool place and playing area, but this is literally it. Also, you cannot choose where you can sit at the table, so it’s summer and we need to stay inside. First and last time when coming here…"

"This is an outstanding family-friendly all-inclusive hotel that pays attention to every small detail. It’s simply impossible to get bored here – everything is thoughtfully designed so both parents and children can enjoy every moment. The hotel features a heated indoor pool, a heated indoor children’s pool, and a heated outdoor pool with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities for young children, even for the very little ones. Children attending ski lessons are picked up directly from the hotel and safely returned to the hotel’s childcare center. Even inside the restaurant, there is a dedicated play area for children, allowing parents to relax while their kids are happily entertained. Simply put – a perfect hotel for families."

"The penthouse is noisy, above the restaurant, and there's constant banging. The beds and duvets are filthy, the furniture is downright dirty, and the kitchen is also filthy and old! The bathroom is all-in-one, so no two bathrooms for 10+ people, so you have to make arrangements about who gets to shower when. There's no separate toilet, so it's also in the bathroom. The location relative to the slopes is excellent! The restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly!"
