We had trouble connecting with the free airport transfer and paid $40 for a 10 minute ride. This is a "guesthouse" in the middle of a neighborhood with barred windows. There are no food services nearby, but we walked about a mile to the waterfront and found many restaurants. We were sure to return before dark. Hot tub was not accesible.

I would definitely not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to be close to the Rome airport. This is in a somewhat rundown neighborhood, and it certainly is not very charming. You will be a long, long way from the historical sites in Rome. However, the room we had was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We were there just to sleep a few hours, so it worked for us.

Basic accommodations, at best. This is a house that they renovated into 3 rooms for rent. The living room is a common area for guests. There are no restaurants anywhere nearby. You have to walk at least 20 minutes to get to a restaurant. It is located in a poor part of town next to the airport. “Free breakfast” was a couple of individually wrapped granola bars. No cable tv, only Netflix. Our “EX” travel agent really screwed up when she booked this place for us.

Puntualissima la navetta che dall aereoporto ci ha accompagnato alla struttura situata in posizione comoda in una zona non trafficata e silenziosa. Camere ampia, bagno enorme, tutto nuovo ed arredato con gusto ma soprattutto tutto pulito Colazione, per via del Covid, molto basica ma cmq completa. Pure Netflix avevamo in camera.. Ci saremmo accontentati di molto meno. Consigliatissimo!!

ci e' servito come punto di appoggio per l'aeroporto ed e' comodissimo. stanze e bagno capienti, pulite e arredate in modo moderno. prezzi buoni. colazione servita in camera x via del covid ma completa di ogni necessita' e assortita
