Extended Stay America Suites - Fishkill - Westage Center

The room was very clean.

Ms TAVIA since December 2023 has made me and my family's stay phenomenal as we look for a home take care of education,on business and our distant travels. She is the best manager at a extended stay or any hotel I have ever been to!. The assistance and work ethic goes above and beyond the call of duty. She makes things happen for your good within your interests and for the most comfortable she can despite what things may sometimes look like. I and my family want to extend her the biggest Blessed thank you and wish her and her family Blessings as well.

Not a great experience at Extended Stay in Fishkill. The beds were not uncomfortable. The sheets were even more uncomfortable and scratchy. I had to use my T-shirt on the pillow case because the material was irritating my skin. I enjoy a good shower and unfortunately the shower pressure was very light. I think I still have soap in my hair. And let’s not be fooled by that advertisement of a free breakfast. That is nonexistent they provided some coffee and hot water with granola bars. They really need to advertise it as such. They do have free parking and they are located across the street from a super Walmart for shopping.

I started my stay on June 13th. I requested my room service on July 1st (Saturday) after 2 weeks policy of my check in date. But no one did after I came back on Monday. So I requested again on July 4th and they did. I extended my stay another two months and I requested room service on July 15th Saturday. The receptionist told me that my last room service was on July 4th so my next room service should be on July 18th due to two weeks rule. I think this is not fair to customer as I requested to get room service on July 1st and they did not care and didn’t do. The receptionist kept saying my last room service was on July 4th and they can do only after two weeks. He didn’t care to check how long I have been staying and I should get two room service for one month stay. I hope management see this post and can sort or do something about it.

Disappointing. It is NOT an extended stay. Kitchen is BARE! no dishes, pots glasses etc, COVID is over. NO BREAKFAST. Take OFF your website. Protein bars and cellophane muffins os NOT breakfast. NO COFFEE. claim machine is broke. Was informed it has been broke for weeks. Clearly they are cutting expenses .Walmart is 500 feet away, they could have bought a 10 gal coffee maker for the interim. We Moved over to another hotel for $5.00 more a night with a full HOT breakfast 24 hour coffee and indoor pool.

Late Check in was easy. Great customer service. Facilities appeared clean and room was visible clean. However. The stench of old carpet, musk and foul dirt odor that filled the hallway and room was overwhelming almost nauseating. This chain of hotels has always been a top choice for me. I'm very surprised at this location.

CANT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, THEY HAVE BED BUGS. We didint realize to do bed bug check when arriving to hotel. When I got back home I started noticing little red bumps appearing to my skin and soon they got worse. These are definitely bed bugs bites and now I am super anxious I brought them home with me. I've stayed in countless hotels and never have had this problem before. The room was poorly cleaned when we first arrived and nobody came to clean our room during the time we stayed there (8 nights). With more regular and precise cleaning I'm sure hotel would have known that they have bed bug problem. Now I just have to wait and see if I brought the problem back to my apartment too - super distressing. I can deal with outdated rooms and little dirt here and there but this was below standard.

The staff was nice and courteous, it was a quiet hotel, and close to I-84 and shops and restaurants. The room is spacious, bed was comfortable, it has a kitchenette which includes a cooktop plus microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Location is also close to The Culinary Institute of America, FDR Home & Library, Vanderbilt Mansion plus many other historic sites.
