DO NOT STAY HERE!! FALSLEY ADVERTISTED!! Oh where do I start ...Please read, do not book here. I'm not a person to complain or over react I grew up in the country so this says something. A. Toliet didn't work B. Advertised A/C- there isn't any C. Advertised Free WiFi- there isn't any D. Advertised in Oia- it's not E. Advertised ocean view- there's not, its on the other side. F. No running water G. Dead bugs everywhere H. Within 30 mins someone tried to come in our door aggressively twice! Terrible service- arrived, stayed for 30 minutes and promptly contacted the owners within 10 minutes of checking in with all the issues. We let them know we were no longer comfortable staying there because of all the issues above. We asked for a refund for the other 2 nights we wouldn't staying, we said they could keep that nights payment even though we were booking elsewhere. We ended up booking at a resort near by and paid over $1100 on top of what we had to pay White grapes. After all the back and fourth with White grapes listed us as a "no show" when we were back and fourth speaking with them about all the problems and said we could not stay the 3nights and were willing to take the lost on that nights payment is was THAT bad. They didn't give us a refund for anything, we stayed 30 minutes and was charged for 3 nights. To add it was my birthday that day..

The staff was so friendly and very helpful and responsive. The suite itself was clean and so cute, I loved the whole concept of sleeping in a “cave”. The location was walking distance from Oia which I also loved because it was quiet and peaceful where we were located. There’s also a beautiful view of the ocean and we were able to eat at the restaurants nearby which were all so good.
