The lady that met us on arrival was not the host, but she tried her best. We booked this accomadation according to the photos on the website, but the room we received did NOT look like the photos. The bathroom did not have a door, and the blinds was old and broken. The whole bathroom was not up to standard for a guest house The electric cord of the microwave was to short and if you wanted to use it, it needed to be moved right to the edge of the bench to reach the plug. Seems a bit unsafe.There was one floppy plastic teaspoon. The fridge was off and it would have been nice to have cold water in the fridge after a long drive in a very hot. The carpets needed a good clean, as my feet were dirty after walking on it. Sorry to say, but we will not recomend " Die Kersiehuis" at all

Thanks JP for the perfect overnight stay. Situated in a quiet and secure suburb. The room met all my expectations and the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely return next time when in the area to stay.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. We decided to take the lunch on the middle day and asked if it could be served in the early evening instead of during the day. The lady running the establishment kindly agreed and asked what we'd like to eat. We asked for soup. No problem! The soup was served with accompanying ciabatta-type toasted bread and was absolutely delicious! A very good cherry dessert with cream was included.

Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. She even showed us around the garden. The dinner and breakfast were well prepared and delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The property was also well located..

Thierry house is clean they have a warm welcoming greeting I appreciate they she said sorry when forget my dinner she help a lot with transporting me when it was my first time at their house her breakfast was the best although they have no variety on dinner but it was clean thank you very much

Die Kersiehuis is a lovely place to stay - very friendly staff, spacious, comfortable accommodation that is spotlessly clean with everything you need. Very good breakfast too. Easy parking on the premises.

the owner is nice and professional we had a great stay. definitely visiting again and I recommend it to others as well. we visited on a cold weekend the lovely lady who owns the place ensured that we are warm and even went to the extent of buying a heater for us because the previous guest went with the one in our room.
