Fethiye Old Town Rooms

Nice location next to the promenade full of restaurants… very friendly staff- the owner, the receptionists and the housekeepers ladies- all top class people…they gave us a lot of information about all we asked…THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Hopefully we come back very soon!

On arrival was allocated one of the annex rooms.an absolute gem of a hotel.beautiful decor and a lovely double shower.plenty of hot water and aircon.a terrace overlooking the paspatur with comfy furniture.would not hesitate to stay here in the future.definitely a 10/10.thank you.

Fethiyeye tatil için gittiğimde tercihim downtownfethiye’ oldu çok güzel bir tercih oldu :) Otel sahibi Murat bey ve çalışanlar çok ilgili odalar temiz ve konforluydu internet de çok hızlıydı🌿 Şehir merkezine de yakın olması nedeniyle kesinlikle Fethiye tarafına gelecek olanların burada konaklamasını öneririm :)

The communication from them could be much better, I was sent a message asking time of arrival, which I replied to immediately, I was expecting another message telling me how I should check in since I was arriving approx one hour after they leave work for the day, late morning the day of check in I was still waiting so I had to chase them on whatsApp there was no other way!!! What can I say about the “suite” I’m sure you will make your own mind up when you see the pictures, they are also on the google review (nothing like the pictures posted by the property online) it was not habitable, ok they said it was a budget “suite” but there is a difference between budget and uninhabitable, filthy and in a state of bad repair, yes the location is ok and the wifi actually worked but that doesn’t excuse the so many bad things, including a bed that was like laying on a wooden plank and pillows you really don't want to put your face near. Also so many things not correct on their listings, Hygiene Plus / Daily disinfection in all rooms (what a joke) many things listed but not in the room, no kettle etc etc Also note there is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs especially if you are on the top floor, with nobody there to help with bags etc it’s not a place to choose unless you are physically fit and healthy. I was booked in for two nights but left after one, I asked for a refund but I am just being ignored by them. I am now staying at a place not far away, a new property and I am staying in a real suite for very little extra money, it’s worth paying a little extra. I wouldn’t stay at Downtown Fethiye Suites again if it was free, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!!!

J'ai réservé et payé ma réservation sur booking pour le 31 Juillet en famille Mais à ma grande surprise ma chambre à été reloué à quelques d'autres sans aucune considération pour moi et pour ma famille. En sachant que j'ai confirmé et validé mon heure d'arrivée par l'administration de l'hôtel J'ai du chercher un autre hôtel tard le soir... Le lendemain, j'ai du insister au près de la réception pour me faire rembourser. J'ai lu sur des commentaires précédents que ces des pratiques courantes dans cette établissement. Donc faites attention si vous réservez dans cette hôtel, en sachant qu'il n'ont pas de réception ouverte après 15h

We rented a room for 3 people, soundproof wimdows are non existent and the air conditioning was limited to 1 room, which is really nice considering it's 35 degrees now in fethiye. We were greeted by a girl who spoke 2 words of English, my friends claim they saw the owner but i didn't, just a cleaning lady now and then, i don't know what she does though cause she didn't clean our room once. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever been to, i have a sofa with sheets and nothing more, not even something to cover myself. Maybe it would be worth mentioning that the muezzin sings every night at 4 o clock and the so called soundproof windows don't contribute to lower the volume 1 cause they don't exist and even if they did i wouldn't be able to keep them closed since as i mentioned this room has no ac whatsoever. I'm writing this review from my uncomfortable sofa while sweating like a pig on a spit and i hope this hellish place closes ASAP.
