挺好的，樓下就有超市和星巴克，房子很大，可以住四個人，還能做做簡單的餐食，有冰箱，有一個海景大陽台，很愜意。

房間位置很好，周圍吃飯喝茶便利店都有，晚上很熱鬧

地理位置很方便，就在大街，下面就很多餐廳，超市 廚房有爐具可煮食，有露台，員工很好親自介紹房內設施。

Прекрасное местоположение! Но учитывайте, что отель расположен в пешеходной зоне. Если вы путешествуете на машине, недалеко есть платная парковка

Buradan özür dileyen yetkililer keşke şuan oteldeyken bizden özür dilese. Yazdıkları da tamamen uydurma. Gece 3 te klima çalışmaya başladı. Defalarca arayıp durdurduk. 20 senedir otele gidiyorum ilk defa klima problemi olan bir otelde kaldım. Gelecek olanlar klimasız ortamda olmaktan hoşlanirsa buyursun.

Centrally located in old town Fethiye the hotel is a modern building with apartment amenities.

Nice location , bad staff Hotel have good location, near the seafront, modern interior. But very bad and unfriendly custom service. There is apartment but no any helps with households questions. Scammed with check out payment.

Great stay with family It was a great apartment, everything you need. Great loaction and great views of marina and water off the balcony.

Well located, but street can be noisy. Stayed here for a week in November 2022 in a corner 2 bed apartment. Overall, this was a really good find, it's quite new and all the furnishings are kept well. The ceiling in the bathroom needs repainting as it's suffered from the use of the shower. The downside for us was the noise of the street outside and the businesses below and opposite the building. We aren't used to noisy streets, and I had to ask the front desk to ask the waffle house opposite who had no customers to turn their music down at quarter to one in the morning so I could sleep. They did thankfully. I'm sure we got used to the noise outside, but the double glazing doesn't keep all if any noise out of passing bikes and people talking (esp in the early hours). Also, we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring and heard his conversations when we were in bed! Other than that, it is a very well located hotel, it's right around the corner from the sea front and all the shops in Fethiye. The English speaking manager was very helpful, as were all the staff. I think I would try to choose somewhere quieter in future.

AC not working The place looks great and it’s well situated. However the ac wasn’t working and it was excruciatingly hot, plus there was no water nor coffee.

Güzel Fethiye merkezde bulabileceğiniz iyi opsiyonlardan biri. Hem konum olarak hem fiyat fayda hem de konfor olarak biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve güzel karşılandık. Ufak bir televizyon problemi yaşadık fakat çok büyütülecek bir şey değildi. Oda dizaynı ve mobilyalar da yeni ve kaliteli kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik oldukça güzeldi.

Simple, Convenient and Comfortable Good location, friendly staff, very conveniently decorated, comfortable stay. If they add a microwave in the room it will make it even more comfortable to stay
