Alesta Residence arvostelua

這次體驗已經不能用差來形容，而是讓人感到噁心。這家酒店完全是盜用的Alesta yacht hotel的圖片，實際給我們入住的是旁邊另一家小旅館，過程中沒有任何解釋和説明，最終攜程給退了款，但是旅程中有此一遭，簡直是湯裏掉了老鼠屎。希望攜程儘快下架該酒店。

我們的房間在側樓，沒有電梯，需要自己爬樓梯，這個有些不方便。服務態度挺好，房間設施有點老了，總體性價比一般吧，但帶兩個孩子的還是可以考慮的。

Beautiful room with a great view of the mariner. Spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of options.

Хорошие крепкие 4* Вид из ресторана на крыше просто невероятный. Заезжали на одну ночь по дороге, но в следующий раз если буду в Фетхие, с удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Отсутствие шумоизоляции. Музыка в номере всю ночь. Спать не получится. В остальном нормальный отель. Завтраки стандартные, белье хорошее, уборка ежедневная. Но музыка! Начиная с 21ч и до утра! Больше не приеду. Концерты и караоке прямо окно в окно.

Poor experience The hotel insisted that I pay another $50 Euros because my boyfriend was with me. We did not have breakfast and the room was below average. I would not recommend anyone go to this hotel.

Holiday Great location, outstanding views, nice foods.

Ortalama memnuniyet Kara olarak verilen odalar ne yazıkki karaya değil daireye bakıyor ve bu odalar çok karanlık. Rahatsız olduğumuz için odamızı değiştirdiler. Kahvaltıda personeli biraz lakayt. Ayda hnm dışında. Kahvaltı devam ederken personelin masaya oturup çay içmesi, birşeyler yemesi hoş değil.

Excellent front desk Manager and very cordial and helpful staff. The sea view from the family room was worth the cost. The breakfast was good. Location was ideal. The balcony of the family room was spacious with quality furniture. The only flip side was the AC light on the roof top which was a little annoying at night. Overall the experience was perfect.

알레스타 프라이빗비치를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고, 조식 메뉴도 다양하고 직원들은 친절해요.

There are 4 different Alesta hotels in ******* but actually there is one big building along with residences. This is extremely confusing for the first timers. After that there is no beach anywhere close but 15mins away with car (6km) and with sea shuttle 4 times a day. The pool is a joke, it is a big bathtub. And don’t stay in the 4th floor because wall is so thick you cannot sleep within breakfast times because of the noises from 5th floor (restaurant).
