Dar Usham Fes

My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

유서 깊은 숙소에 머무다는것은 좋은 경험 이었어요 메디나 안에 위치해 숙소 찾기가 좀 힘들었어요 조식은 정성스럽게 내어 주셨는데 빵위주의 식사여서 좀 아쉬웠어요

Parfait, établissement parfait, emplacement dans la médina, personnel au petit soin, petit déjeuner copieux ! Je recommande ! Rapport qualité prix très intéressant, terrasse sur la médina avec une belle vue !! Merci aux hôtes pour ce beau séjour dans votre établissement

He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused.

El Dar no sé si está bien, porque no nos permitieron quedarnos. Hicimos una reserva con Hoteles.com con al menos dos semanas de antelación. Llegamos muy temprano a Fez, aunque sabíamos que la entrada era a las 12, decidimos llegarnos para soltar el equipaje. Al llegar, nos dijeron que las habitaciones se estaban limpiando y nos fuimos a dar un paseo. Cuando volvimos a las 12, nos pusieron al teléfono al dueño, el cual nos dijo que por un fallo con el ordenador se habían contratado más habitaciones de las existentes, que podíamos hospedarnos en otro sitio que ellos nos proponían o nos devolvían el dinero. Les dijimos que no queríamos ninguna de esas cosas, que la reserva la habíamos hecho con mucha antelación y el problema, de ser verdad, se nos debió comunicar antes de llegar a Fez en plena Semana Santa, porque los precios se habían triplicado. Que sonaba a qué habían vendido nuestra reserva tras haber subido el precio. El dueño nos dice que sí intentó comunicárnoslo mediante hoteles.com pero no tenían mi teléfono. Le dije que somos clientes del programa de fidelidad de hoteles.com desde muchos no años, que tienen todos mis datos y me mandan correos cada semana. Además, le reprochamos que si no había habitación por qué nos habían dicho al soltar las mochila que la estaban limpiando? Otros españoles que estaban allí nos contaron que les había ocurrido lo mismo. Enfadados, pero cansados, accedimos a ver el alojamiento que nos proponían, parecía una casa particular, de hecho nos abrió una niña. En la entrada, tenía un lavabo, la sala principal aunque amplia se veía más deteriorada y sucia que el dar. Nos negamos a aceptar y llamamos a hoteles. Com, quienes tras horas buscando, pues todo se había agotado, pudieron encontrarnos un Riad en el centro que les costó más de 4 veces el precio pagado. Nos hicieron pasar unas horas horribles y perder casi un día de viaje. Si le pongo alguna estrella es porque el joven que estaba a cargo, aunque no nos avisó del supuesto problema, nos dejó quedarnos durante horas y usar el wifi para comunicarnos con Hoteles.com.
