After reviewing your concerns, we found that the room does indeed have a tissue holder, and the Wi-Fi signal reached your room with full strength. We also appreciate you bringing the issue with the chair to our attention, and it has since been replaced. Upon reviewing your booking, we noticed that you requested an accessible room, but unfortunately, we didn’t have availability on the parking lot side of the first floor. The handicap accessible room that was available was in B building first floor, 3 doors down from the parking area. You requested a different room. Our front desk agent attempted to relocate you to a closer room in A building at your request, however it was not handicap accessible as he explained. Though we understand it did not fully meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize for not being able to fulfill your request exactly as hoped, but please know we did everything we could to accommodate you.Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

We would like to clarify that the reason for your inability to check in was due to the refusal to provide a deposit, which is required from all guests as part of our standard policy. This deposit policy is clearly outlined on the website for transparency.Additionally, our team felt uncomfortable due to the verbal outburst directed at the front desk agent, which included yelling and inappropriate language. We always strive to provide exceptional service, and we encourage respectful communication at all times.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope you have safe travels in the future.
