Comfort Inn

Our room was completely infested with ants. All over every table and the beds. I will never book here again. The elevator was also super loud. I feel bad for any guest who had rooms near it as it had to keep them up during the night. They did move us rooms away from the ants but only credit d us a small amount for a MUCH smaller room when we booked a suit.

Just ok.Nothing special.Was not as clean or friendly as most hotels but could have been worse.Breakfast was ok.Pool was a good size.Thats the only good thing about this hotel.Shoutout to the maintenance lead that had to run the place overnight because everyone called in on the fourth of July.He done an awesome job.This place is not woth your money.

Great service and great facility. We didn’t use the pool, or eat the breakfast. But when we arrived the crib was in the larger room and we had an immaculate room. Everything was as needed Only negative is the sub par ventilation. Need a bathroom fan and frankly would have preferred the ability to draw outside air into room from the window. It was relatively stuffy and the venting in the bathroom is completely insufficient. But these are standard hotel problems, though some have put in simple fixes to improve ventilation in these rooms. Overall, we would stay here again gladly and will add this to our plans when going to Holiday world if we go again. Really a top notch value for what the hotel is.

This is the hotel closest to Holiday World. Also McDonalds and Arbys neighbor this hotel. It was very tidy and I like the pictures in the hall of Indiana attractions. This hotel had everything I needed for my short stay.

Didn’t have any issues! Clean and comfy beds and the A/C worked perfect the whole time. The shower was a bit small and not a lot of pressure from the shower head. We only stayed two nights, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Affordable hotel to stay at. Didn’t see any bugs or messes during the stay.

Haven’t stayed in a Comfort Inn for several years. I have been brand loyal to other chains. But, It was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Only 10 minutes from Holiday World. Good breakfast. Indoor pool is nice but small. I would stay here again

We could see this from the highway but trying to figure out how to get there was interesting. Very quiet, clean hotel. Right on the line where time zones switch so sometime we were on EST & CST-a bit confusing. Nice fellow checked us in and when asked told us about eating establishments nearby. Room was clean, quiet and hotel was almost empty. Indoor Pool was closed so I was disappointed about that.

Very nice Comfort Inn. Convenient location off the interstate. Check in was quick and we were able to park in the Diamond reserved parking area. King bed room was spacious with desk, couch, mini fridge and microwave. Room 314 was by the elevator but very quiet. Hot breakfast was plentiful and quite good. Will definitely stay here next time in the area.

Checking in was fine. We were given keys to room 321. Once at the room we found that our keys did not work. We could hear the tv on in the room. I went back to the front desk and the desk clerk that the keys didn’t work . She said no one was in the room and gave me a new set, again the keys did not work. I went back to the front desk and let the clerk know. She made some more keys and went back up with me. She tried the keys that she made and they did not work. She went back to to desk and returned with four more keys that didn’t work then she plugged something into the lock and it still wouldn’t work. She never acknowledged that there was people in the room. When we asked why she just couldn’t put us in another room she said I brought up keys to another room . Why didn’t she just move us after the third set of keys? Once we got into the new room (310) we noticed that the tub had pools of water in it. There was also wet yellow soapy water in the soap dish. We noticed that after walking on the bathroom floor our socks and feet were dirty. We used a wash cloth and wiped the floor and found that the floor was dirty. We placed towels on the floor so that our feet weren’t on the floor. On the bathroom door there is a sign that reads (Keep bathroom door close so fire alarm will not go off). There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Once you take a shower you have to go out in the room to dry off and get ready. The third floor also had a musty smell in the hallway. When we checked out the desk clerk never asked how everything was. My wife told her that whoever is cleaning the rooms are not doing a good job and told her everything that we found wrong. She said the exhaust fans were not hooked up when the hotel was built. Really? When they realized the fans didn’t work they didn’t contact the contractor and get it fixed before the hotel opened? Instead they just put up a notice that you have to keep the door shut? The desk clerk did apologize and asked us to email the pictures to her boss. You might asked why we didn’t request rooms. It was late and after all the problems with the first room all we wanted to do is relax. Our stay was Sept. 30 to Oct. 1.
