Hotel molto bello con vista sul fiume. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Siamo stati accolti dal personale che ci ha preso direttamente alla stazione. Punto a sfavore la colazione piuttosto scarsa.

I enjoy staying in this hotel, great view and away from the noisy tourists/ bars.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great—slightly away from the main tourist areas, so it’s peaceful and less crowded, yet still very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and essentials. The hotel faces the river, offering a nice view, and you don’t have to drag your luggage over any rocky paths—the car can drive right up to the entrance, which is a big plus. We stayed in the rooftop room on the 4th floor. While there’s no elevator, the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up during check-in and back down when we checked out. The owner and staff were all friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

非常好，老闆很熱心， 早飯也很好吃！

位置不錯，距離最中心不遠，走路很方便，晚上很安靜。 有自己的停車場，對自駕的方便。 唯一要改進的是最頂層的親子房，由於屋頂斜面有個窗子，不容易完全遮擋外面的景觀燈光線，要等夜裡景觀照明關閉後，屋裡才能暗下來。對睡眠需要完全暗的，有影響。

El Hotel es precioso y las habitaciones también. Tuvimos la suerte que nos cambiaran a una habitación con vistas al río. El hotel está a veinte minutos andando del puente más conocido, pero es un paseo súper agradable dónde se pueden hacer mil fotos. Además el pueblo por la noche cambia totalmente y se vuelve súper bullicioso con música demasiado alta y luces de neón, por lo que se agradece estar en una zona alejada de tanto ruido y gente. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para el personal del hotel, pues se desviven por ayudarte en todo, aún con la dificultad del idioma. Sin duda recomiendo éste hotel.

decent room, simple breakfast

位置很好間， 有管家接送 ，有問必答有民宿酒店左邊位置就是雲橋。非常方便，有間飯店就在橋上景色一流！一邊食嘢一邊睇風景！

酒店環境優雅舒適宜人，很有品位！緊鄰江邊，夜景很美，服務很好，早歺搭配豐富多樣，還免費接站，提供雨傘，老闆主動幫助提客人行李，點贊！👍

The hotel is very beautiful, both outside design and in the room. There is no elevator but the hotel staff help us move the luggage up and down. The room is very clean and cozy. We booked a room of four and another room of two. There is a corridor which your will see the river view and the bridge. This zone is far from the old town about 1.5km but very quiet and peaceful. We cantact the hotel for picking us up from train station. The hotel staff, Xiao Long (小龙管家) took very good care of us from the start until we leave the town. We will stay here again if we come back to Fenghuang.

Location is at the other end of ancient town, away from the buzzling centre/crowd. However, it is just 5-10min walk to the centre of ancient town. Suitable for those looking at more peaceful night. The balcony overlooking the river adds on to the beauty of the room!

酒店地理位置很好，房間衞生也不錯，不過室外陽台過於簡陋，配的椅子都坐塌了，好在沒出事，有浴缸，水不熱，也沒泡成。雖然沒有電梯，管家的服務還是不錯，搶着幫拿行李。
