I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room was perfect. The view over the heart of Fenghuang is a real highlight. I recommend this hotel!

Service: was really good. The receptionist lady gave us a lot of helpful information and was constantly available. I was really grateful for the service. Our rooms were cleaned daily, we got fresh water and towels. She also helped us get a ride to the train station, as there are limited drivers in this area (plan your departure ahead of time). Room: the room has an amazing view. We enjoyed the balcony so much that we spent a lot of time there just taking in the scenery and enjoying ourselves. At night it looked even better. We visited during peak season (international workers holiday) and still the room was relatively quiet at night. Everything was exceptionally clean. The rain shower was appreciated as well. We also got vanity kits and so on. The bathroom is a little small for people over 190 cm (you should be fine if you are shorter). The bed was comfortable and big. The only thing we missed was a Minibar (or fridge). The TV unfortunately wasn't a smart TV. Location: the hotel is located in the central city. You won't miss a thing. There are restaurants nearby and all sorts of scenic spots. If you go outside, turn left and walk until the end of the street you'll even find a shop offering coffee ☕ (which is quite rare).

房間很古樸，陽台風景非常好，跟家人朋友坐在陽台上聊天也是很舒服的。晚上會有點吵因為周圍的酒吧，習慣早睡的就最好別住沿河的房間了。老闆非常熱心，幫忙訂車還送到主路上

Отель находится в самом центре туристической зоны Фэнхуаня, в отреставрированном старинном доме. В номере имелся балкон с креслами и столиком и необыкновенным видом на реку и другие старинные дома. Всё, что там происходило можно было наблюдать, не выходя из номера. Работники отеля были очень внимательны.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff very very helpful and helped us to plan the route in the city!

Esta fenomenal. El único problema es que para subir a las habitaciones hay muchas escaleras. Y como es habitual en China, es difícil entenderse con el personal aunque son muy amables

El hotel es muy lindo, sencillo, pero con un excelente trato por parte del personal, y sobre todo, increíbles vistas a la ciudad antigua. La ciudad antigua es mediana, en 1 día se puede recorrer y el hospedaje está bien ubicado para recorrerla. No cuenta con desayunador, pero el pueblo está lleno de opciones gastronómicas, mayoritariamente desayunos y comidas chinas en general. Encontramos una cafetería cerca que sirve pizzas y arroz frito un poco más occidental para los que quieran descansar un poco de la comida china tradicional
