"My friends and I looked at many hotels online before finally booking this one to climb Phoenix Mountain. It was really great! The hotel location and environment were both nice, the room was quite large, and the bed was very comfortable, almost like the one at home. He just leaned against the entrance door, watching us without saying a word. I was truly speechless. It was the first time I'd encountered such a staff member. Extremely low emotional intelligence, very uncomfortable. I will absolutely not recommend it, and I will never come back. When we go out and take a taxi, even a regular taxi, in this heavy rain, with so much luggage, and especially with elderly people and children, the driver will always lend a hand or at least ask if we need help. This is truly the first time I've encountered such staff at a hotel. Playing dumb."
